Not recommended at all - wait time is 1 hour even on appointment and don’t ask about walk in … always the same excuses - doctors are delayed etc … at least maintain some sort of protocol- why people take appointments… that twice and same reason…

Honestly, Iv been coming here for years, I have a great relationship with the doctors here there all amazing. BUT the problem with this clinic very clearly is the receptionists, typical Indian communication issues no professionalism or accountability at all, they tell you yes come come! it’s only a 10-15 minute wait and then 1 hour later there only 2 people ahead of you. Booking an appointment in advance makes no difference. The receptionist here should be working at Tim Hortons or a gas station not in the medical industry Iv read the reviews at this clinic and everyone seems to feel the same. Love the doctors there best in the game, but the staff here probably on visitor visas and are making this establishment look very bad. Please hire new receptionist who know how to handle sick patients and are trained properly this the problem with Brampton as a whole. I didn’t want to post this review out of respect for the doctors, but this is getting ridiculous

The doctor is really nice but the staff at reception is worst. Never give you right wait time and never calls back when they say they will call when turn comes. Also called for appointment, it's been 4 days already no confirmation call yet. Need to change the staff who makes actual notes for patients not just sitting and taking calls

Even one start is more for them. Worst customer service. When you call them, they put you on long hold and then cut your call without helping. Doesn’t matter if you book an appointment or not, you go to the clinic and they put you in the line with walk-ins. If I need to wait for the doctor for an hour then what’s the purpose of booking an appointment. Staff don’t value your time.

Had an amazing experience here. I had my appointment with my family doctor here, Great management, great teamwork really cared for the individuals of all not just a person. Very flexible scheduling really easy-going staff specially Navdeep very amazing, kind and really calm, she attended us very patiently, really impressed, Just an amazing place overall

Ofc, there’s a reason he’s constantly in need of new patients. I had an appointment with Dr Ismael for 9:50, it is now 11:25 and Im still waiting. Dude makes me come in monthly for a medication ive been taking for 3 years (that he constantly tells me i need to get off of despite the massive improvements its made to my life)

Use him if you need him, but find a different doctor asap

Very dissatisfied with the service here. No sense booking an appointment when the regular walk in and appointment wait time is the same. 2-3 hours wait time to see your doctor. Doctor is great but not the receptionist, they preferred their own ones first to be seen by the doctor. My appointment is at 5.30pm. Still waiting for more than two hours to see the doctor. This is ridiculous.... 0 star rating but no option to do so. Ppl should go to the emergency to see someone instead waiting the same time here.
