THE VERY BEST THERE IS - HONEST - TRANSPARENT - THOROUGH - EXPEDIENT - RESPECTFUL
To say I recommend this company would be an understatement and a disservice to this amazing local family-run business.

On one of the coldest days of winter, my sewer system malfunctioned. Not knowing much about sewer systems, I felt hopeless and helpless. I contacted Sentry Water and spoke to Dale, the owner. Immediately Dale, had one of his staff connect with me to troubleshoot remotely even late into the night. Nothing worked

They followed up next day to continue troubleshooting and when all options failed, they promised to physically come to the property and assess the situation. I needed a LOT of help. Felt overwhelmed and pretty much defeated.

Dale showed up, tested, inspected and educated me on the sewer system and what he would do to rectify the system. He arranged all the services I needed (pump truck and all), all this time assuring me it will be done and done right.

He was 100% true to his word. My system was repaired to new running condition in a very short time. Dale continued to educate me on how to take care of the system and followed up with texts to make sure all was good.

With this company, I felt like I was their only customer, I felt secure with Dale’s assurances, I got the best care and a system that has been restored to life in the most expedient, respectful and compassionate manner.

I’m not lucky, I’m blessed to have this company. I trust their word and am confident in their workmanship. You can never go wrong choosing them for any acreage sewer and water systems.

This local family run business is top notch with old fashion values.

Anything less than 5 stars for this company is baffling and I’m sure unfounded. I would give 10 if I could.

We did our due diligence before buying our acreage and hired Sentry to do an inspection. They missed that the septic solid holding tank was eroding and we paid in total $4600 for two inspections. One was of the mound but they never send off the soil for analysis. So it is useless to other credentialed septic specialists. See picture for work done. Terrible experience. I feel taken advantage of and when we had other contractors come after to quote, none of them agreed with the proposed repair of Sentry and all were cheaper.

After coming home from holidays , we discovered a collapsed centre wall in the septic tank. Looking for help and advice as to how this huge problem can be resolved, I contacted Sentry. Dale and his team were on site within a very short time, and assisted in getting the sewer system cleaned out and operational. Once inspected a long term solution was formulated, and installed. The environmental rules regarding septic tanks etc has changed over the years and Sentry’s used their experience to design a system that meets or exceeds government relations, and most importantly for us gave us a system that will serve us for years , providing a comfort level that is priceless.
