It was my first time visiting this pharmacy to register with my family doctor. The place was very nice and clean, and the reception staff was very nice to me. I was attended by Nikki Singh, she was very nice and took the time to listen to me. She was patient and understanding throughout my visit. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I appreciate her care and professionalism.

This clinic initially impresses, but after your first appointment, it’s a different story. New patients can get an immediate first appointment, but then you wait at least a month and a half to see a nurse practitioner. We waited two months for blood work paperwork, and the follow-up appointment isn’t until the end of November.

They restrict us from visiting walk-in clinics. When we went to urgent care, we were questioned about why our family doctor wasn’t seeing us. Honestly, having no family doctor is better than being stuck with this clinic, as at least we could access walk-in clinics.

I had my first appointment today after struggling for 3+ years to find a family Dr. I was seen by the nurse Deserrai for vitals, such a kind person. After I was seen by the NP Singh and I can’t honestly say she spent her time reviewing my history with me, medications, AND current concerns. I didn’t feel rushed even though she was working through her lunch at the time. I felt heard, and my experience with walk in clinics has been anything but good. This was a very welcoming environment for someone who has felt so rushed in the past. I’d highly recommend a visit with NP Singh, she’s wonderful.

Today was my first time going and I will admit I was a bit skeptical but after talking with NP Kristina I'm so happy I went! She was so thorough, she truly seemed to care unlike my now ex family dr! Don't let the fact that it's a nurse and not a doctor seeing you get in the way of going. I promise you won't regret it! The best decision I made was going there....thank you for doing what you do, FHO!!!!

Manulife insurance requested my medical record from my physician's office since May. It took 2 months, 3 written follow-up requests, and 4 phone calls to finally have them sent my file. However, they sent only part of my records. The underwriter requested complete file. I had to call the clinic again. It has been another 2 months, still not sent! Manulife had to closed my file due to incomplete medical records. It is very difficult to get the phone through. Very disappointed in this clinic.
