I went for a consultation and assessment in December 2018 at the recommendation of my daughter and son-in-law who had made purchases there and knew of their services. I have RA and need orthotics. I had an assessment and was fitted with orthotics. They have made a tremendous change in my gait and balance as well as eliminating pain in my feet and knees. Staff are friendly and very helpful and professional. If you have foot and leg issues I strongly recommend Step by Step. They also have excellent shoes,slippers and boots.

I was a bit uneasy coming to the location because it is so many different businesses owned by the same person and there didn't appear to be many staff on site. BUT...I was greeted coming in, plexiglass barriers were in place, cleaning was happening in front of me and a covid 19 questionnaire was waiting for me. I went up to have my foot treatment and the waiting room was spotless. All furniture was wipable and maintained and a full medical history form was conducted with me. The Chiropodist, Alnoor Ladhani, was welcoming, knowledgeable and very upfront and honest with me. He looked at my foot thoroughly and gave me a treatment plan that was conservative and easy to follow and understand. He verbally told me the plan twice and even recorded it on paper for me to take home and follow. He wore gloves and a mask throughout my assessment and the treatment room was clean and comfortable. After dealing with Al, I would recommend his services to anyone experiencing foot pain, discomfort, or ailment.

Life changing experience!!!! I personally usually have a hard time finding comfortable shoes and sandals for my feet. Honestly walking into step by step felt like I was walking into an eye doctors office you can sense the knowledge and they are exited to share this amazing information with you. The gentleman there simply looked at my sandals I was wearing and knew that the orthopedic sandals would do me wonders, had me try a pair on and I instantly felt my lower back relieved of its tension my back instantly felt straighter and I actually heard it pop a bit which felt amazing, lol, especially now I'm close to delivering my baby girl my back has been aching ALOT and that instant relief is just inexplicably amazing. I recommend EVERYONE to at least try a pair on you may not want to walk away with out them I know I couldn't. 🙂

Do not conduct any business with this man, Sal Ladhani. He is dishonest, to say the least. We bought a commercial cooler/fridge from him. He advertised it on Facebook as hardly used. We went to see it and my husband found that it was actually 30 yrs old. It was not plugged in because Sal said he already had a bigger one in use, which we saw. He assured us it worked, he said he couldn’t a plug. He took $350 (asking$400) and insisted we pay him cash. We got it home, plugged it in and it didn’t work. I immediately messaged him, and he said”sorry, not my problem. It’s a used product.” We took it back and demanded our money back. The lies coming out of that mans mouth were limitless!! He even told us it wasn’t his decision because he wasn’t the owner!(According to the Belleville Chamber of Commerce, he IS the owner). He then called the police and told them my husband was going to steal property from him! Police came, said he shouldn’t have called them, that this was a civil matter and left. By the way....do not pay him cash.... he also said we couldn’t even prove I gave him any money. Grrrrrr!! So he sold a fridge to us that is garbage(we had a technician check it out and it’s too old to be worth fixing), for $350. He is a total sleazeball.
