I have had the best experiences with Sutherland-Chan for massage therapy! There have been several times when I have called asking if there were any same day or next day openings, and the receptionist has never sounded annoyed at the request like I have experienced at some other places. They fit me in whenever they can, or they put me on a cancelation list if they are full. The receptionists are lovely, accommodating and polite.
Biju is a fantastic massage therapist. He is both professional and friendly, and he does excellent work. He checks in frequently (but not too frequently) to make sure that everything is comfortable and that the pressure is okay. He provides suggestions for stretches and practices after the treatment, and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this clinic and Biju!

I have been going to see Gloria monthly for a year now and can’t say enough positive things about the experience. First off, reception is always very friendly and great with communication and booking appointments. They direct bill to insurance which is also a huge bonus. The clinic is very clean, appointments are prompt, and I highly recommend Gloria as an RMT. I am a full time PSW with scoliosis, and deal with a lot of chronic back/hip pain. She always checks in to make sure pressure feels right and finds and relaxes all my trigger points. She always checks in at the beginning and end of every appointment with helpful suggestions and stretches for maintenance between our appointments. Honestly the best.

I just had a hot stone massage here today. It was amazing. It was done by Julie G.
I had been trying to find a place that did hot stone massage and this place was recommended by a friend.
I will definitely return for a regular massage.
The place is clean, masks are worn and the staff are really helpful and nice.
If I could give more than 5** stars I would.

I was referred by my work's kinesiologist for issues with my back and neck. I've now had two 60min sessions with Gloria, one with manual massage and the other with cupping and neither was quite as uncomfortable as I'd been warned they might be my first time; my kinesiologist noted that if you go for a massage that doesn't involve any discomfort during, you're probably not doing any good for your body afterward.

Left each session feeling loosened-up and with recommendations, "homework" for increasing my flexibility and maintaining the muscles and tendons most at-risk from my work. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get some relief from muscle aches and pains or who just want to help avoid developing such issues.

Absolutely incredible environment, very relaxing and not in a busy area of town at all. I definitely look forward to my sessions every month. I have RMT Amanda and she is unreal. Very good at what she does. Fairly priced, and they specialize in many different kinds of massages.
