The receptionist Jasdeep was letting people who came after me to go first. I got so frustrated. I changed my family doctor to this location because of some good reviews. But the way I was treated today was not fair. I sat there for half an hour watching people who came after me to go see the doctor and when I spoke about it, I got to know, I wasn’t even registered to see the doctor because I only had to get one injection. I believe this was not at all fair. Nobody should be treated this way. First come first serve is a rule that applies to these clinics. I missed my first train because of this delay and had to literally run to catch the next one. So much of my time was wasted because of this.

I visited this clinic for the first time and the wait time was ok. The physician Dr. Sumeet Mohan is so knowledgeable and empathetic.
The front desk girls Manisha and jasdeep are just awesome, they did really great job from registering me till providing me the best care.
I would recommend this clinic to go.

This is the most unprofessional medical centre we ever visited, we went here to make our family doctor the day we went there the two girls on reception gave us one form after filling the form they ask us to leave, girls were very unprefessional they were talking continuoyslt without paying attention, i asked her for my 18 months old vaccination they gave us appoitment when we went there they said it is on wedneaday, when we went there in wedneasday they said he is not eligible you can do meet and great, like we went there 3 times everytime they were very u professional didnt bother to gove service to their patients instead they are talking and when we ask the girl was very rude.
Litterlly , this is the worst medical centre i ever visited .

Went there a few days back, the doctor was good but they should have more appropriate receptionst , as they are busy in their own work and do not pay attention to people visiting there.

Very unprofessional. It was really bad experience even for appointment when you reach there they make you waiting for 2 to 3 hours every time before calling you to the doctor after that so you have to wait for at least 45 minutes before seeing the doctor totally disturb your scheduled for the day👎

I had an appointment with Dr.Gopal for my health concern and I have to say Dr. GOPAL IS VERY EMPATHATIC ,UNDERSTAING AND CARING HUMAN BEING. he has given enough time to listen to my health concern and guided me through proper diagnosis. He offered me options of treatment and just not prescribed medication, which is unusual to see now a days.
The receptionist ,Jas was very kind and responsive. The facility is clean and spacious.
I am glad that I have visited Vital urgent care, it was my first visit but it made a very positive impact on me with our health care system. THANK YOU Dr. GOPAL AND STAFF.
