Dr. Gopal is the greatest family physician. He’s been like a blessing for our family which consists of two little ones, 3 and 4 years old. Always concerned and willing to help above and beyond. Another bonus of the Creditview location is that it comes with Mr. Patel from the IDA Pharmacy. Let’s not get started on him now - angel in disguise 🙏🏽

I visited the clinic for a routine checkup and to obtain a prescription for blood tests. My experience with the doctors was excellent; they were professional and attentive. However, the individual responsible for drawing my blood was highly unprofessional. She attempted to collect my blood sample three times but was unsuccessful. After multiple failed attempts, she informed me that I would need to visit LifeLabs instead.

I had arrived at the clinic around 10 AM and waited for several hours, only to be told at approximately 1:15 PM that the procedure could not be completed there. This resulted in a significant waste of time, and despite the long wait, my tests were still not conducted.

We visited this clinic a few times. Experience is always been worse than before. Anyway, today was the limit.
In the room, they didn’t bother to change the sheet on the bed and the paper roll was on the floor .

When I requested them to change they responded ‘we are busy’ . They had 5 girls at the counter though.
However, after my few comments the girl finally changed the sheet with the 😕 frown face.
I am sincerely concerned and will report this to the concerned authorities.

You need to have ample time for this clinic. This is not a walk in clinic.

For 6pm closing they stop taking patients at 12 noon (as per the receptionist)

This has happened twice, they won’t see the urgency and if doctor disallows they don’t book it. This clinic is as good as not having it in your area.

Receptionist is so rude that you won’t like talking to her.

There’s a young doctor man who looks no older than 25, he googled all my questions I asked him even the simplest ones. Doesn’t take much education to become a doctor no more. He was also treating me like I had some type of viral disease that I’m going to pass onto him just by his body language and demeanour, when I went in there about my concerns. Overall wouldn’t go back, he’s very unprofessional for that line of work! and prescribed me the wrong medication without any further testing. I went somewhere else!!

Front desk staff is very rude , management should take some action with front desk staff because all reviews are of them. They don’t know how to handle with ill patients , front desk both lady were gossiping of other patients and laughing after behaving rude. Maybe they are proud of their basic pay but at least they have to be in discipline with patients. Totally unprofessional , If management didn’t take action in short time than doctors have to suffer in business because of front desk staff.

If I could, I would give this negative stars. Dr Mohan started his clinic and he was very good at the beginning. Since expanding, his office has shown complete lack of professionalism, diligence to patients or even his promise to care as a doctor. I have called the front desk 10+ times, left 5+ email requests, left multiple website requests as my family doctors are with them. None of them get responses. When I do go in, I have to wait several hours to see a doctor - even though they are my " family doctor". When i do see them, its rushed and non informative or helpful at all. This has become more focused as a money haul as a business rather than a health care professional who puts patients health at first priority. They should be investigated and addressed immediately. Horrible all around. Get new receptionists who are kind and can be able to handle enough to CALL PATIENTS BACK or EMAIL BACK.

They mention that they welcome walkins but whenever I go, they say they are always booked. Don’t go there for walkins. This place sucks
