I had appointments for yesterday and today. From the moment you arrive and until you are ready to leave, you are treated as an individual. You are treated with compassion, respect and the whole process is extremely efficient.
If I could leave a ten star review, I would.

This location, Well Health, called to schedule the appointment without sending a written email notification, giving me less than a day’s notice. Additionally, the staff failed to convey important information and did not provide the address of the location. The diagnostic room was filthy and had a terrible smell. The previous patient was lying on the diagnostic bed without a cover, and once they left, the nurse asked me to lie on the same bed without sanitizing it or putting on a cover. I had to request both a cover and for the bed to be sanitized. Despite my request, the bed was not sanitized, and the nurse only placed a cover on it. I can’t believe how disgusting this place has become.

Had such a positive experience, from the moment I arrived to when I left! Staff at the front desk greeted me as soon as I came through the door. I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Joesph was so informative, took time to explain the process and what the scan was for. He was very caring and considerate throughout my time in the clinic. I had another gentleman help with my EKG but I didn’t catch his name, he was also very pleasant! All in all I had a very calm appointment, everyone knew their role. It’s definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had when it comes to medical exams!

WARNING! Absolute money grab!! Awful sales tactics. My husband went there once and ever since, they have been hounding him - even tried to threaten him that he will be charged $200 for a no-show regarding an appointment he cancelled already and for which he has their acknowledgment of cancellation in writing. Had to wait for almost 30 minutes to talk to a person, and this receptionist said "That does not concern me - I cannot help you with this. Just leave a message"... and he HUNG UP!!" Well, we wasted our time on another call, but THERE IS NO OPTION TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL!!! I guess the good reviews are from people who are willing to buy into the scam. They are very nice to you if you are forking over your well-earned money (or worse, if your insurance/OHIP is covering the cost).
