Shikha is fantastic at what she does and always follows up on how I am feeling after each visit. Jay always leaves me feeling so relaxed after a busy week. Sherece is a very knowledgeable individual and helped me with everything I needed with dealing my insurance company.

I look forward to continuing both my Physio treatments and Massage with such a fantastic team.

I've been working with Shikha for a couple months now on my chronic lower back pain. She is extremely pleasant, kind and easy to work with. Under her care and direction, along with weekly massage therapy, my back pain has improved tremendously. I only had posture problems, nothing too serious, but life was truly unbearable with this pain. I am so glad I found her.

My experience at MCI Physiotherapy was awesome and amazing . The staff are friendly and loving and they are the best at what they do. When I started to go at MCI I had a very painful lower back pain and now after three months , I feel as though I never had a back problem. Thanks guys I will never forget you.

Sherece is a very knowledgeable individual and helped me with everything I needed .

I waited over 3 hours to see the doctor while the waiting was almost completely empty!! The staff was really rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After seeing the nurse, it took another long wait before the doctor had shown up. My conversation with the doctor felt rushed, leaving me with unanswered questions.

The worst experience ever!!!
If u dont care about your time u must try this clinic,
And even when they call your name and u go to the room to see Dr,you have to wait there too,its like they dont have Dr,an old woman there she calls herself Dr she’s so rude and interrupts you she talk to u badly,one i gave urine test the called me to come cause my result is ready then i went there at 4:47 they told me oooooh sorry u have to come BEFORE 4
But nobody told me u have to come before 4 how am I suppose to know?!!!she told me its non of my business im not the nurse so simple!
They dont care about u and your time
And some of the Doctors there,they’re so rude and they have a heavy accent that u cant understand them!

I had been treated by Mrs. Shikha at MCI Physiotherapy for my shoulder injury. Though it's for a few sittings I got good improvement of my shoulder movements. My pain is also relieved to a large extent. Guidance of post treatment exercises is also very good. I am continuing the exercises at home regularly and finding good improvement

Waited for almost 2 hours, finally saw the doctor and she didn’t even take a look at me or asked what the problem was, She was rude and not helpful at all. Don’t waste your time going to this doctors office. The nurses was nice in general. The old woman who calls her self a doctor is just a old grumpy hag. First and last time going there.
