We like their new location! Brighter and more cheerful inside. It feels better to have more space in the waiting area. We had trouble hearing the online doctor on the monitor and the receptionist came in to turn up the volume then it was fine afterwards.

I love that when I need refills I can just book a phone call.
The doctors have done a great job with me and my children.

I would like to amend my review. I originally had an awful and unacceptable time completing intake paperwork with an Admin that does not apparently even work at this location. There was an 8 month delay and lack of accountability which has initially got in the way of my care (far from ideal and very stressful). However to my surprise, my experiences after this have been amazing in contrast! Lesley & Brooke are just gems! They are efficient, pleasant and compassionate. Very professional and extremely sociable and kind. The Drs (having experienced 2 so far), have been very amazing as well. It’s rare to not be rushed out and to have no need to follow up on referrals or paperwork etc…things are just done quite smoothly (bye weeks of phone tag). It is a very different system then what I have experienced in the past and once you get into the habit of booking, it is actually less difficult then the intake process by a hefty margin.

If I could give ZERO STAR I would!
It's almost impossible to talk to someone to book an appointment! I've call to book an appointment on Monday, I was told that they would tell the clinic to call me back. As usual, they don't call back. I've been calling the call center over 8 times this week, no one is answering the dawm phone! You're put on hold and when they pick up the phone it hang up immediately.
And when /if you're lucky enough to get an appointment, they are not able to fufill a referal correctly!
Worst clinic I have ever seen..

I had an emergency, and I needed to see my "Family Doctor" but they refused to fit me in. Was told to go to the Emergency Room. The Emergency Room doctor asked if I had a family doctor and why I didn't go and see them. Family doctor, what a joke. I have had two appointments with my so-called family doctor in the last 3 years and the rest have been with another doctor on a computer screen in the clinic. The Family Doctor's office seems to have forgotten the Hippocratic Oath. Here... let me refresh your memory. Also, they never answer the phone.

By all that I hold highest, I promise my patients competence, integrity, candor, personal commitment to their best interest, compassion, and absolute discretion, and confidentiality within the law.

I shall do by my patients as I would be done by; shall obtain consultation whenever I or they desire; shall include them to the extent they wish in all important decisions; and shall minimize suffering whenever a cure cannot be obtained, understanding that a dignified death is an important goal in everyone’s life.

I shall try to establish a friendly relationship with my patients and shall accept each one in a nonjudgmental manner, appreciating the validity and worth of different value systems and according to each person a full measure of human dignity.

I shall charge only for my professional services and shall not profit financially in any other way as a result of the advice and care I render my patients.

I shall provide advice and encouragement for my patients in their efforts to sustain their own health.

I shall work with my profession to improve the quality of medical care and to improve the public health, but I shall not let any lesser public or professional consideration interfere with my primary commitment to provide the best and most appropriate care available to each of my patients.

Telemed Belleville is a wonderful centre where I can book appointments to meet a family doctor. The process is simple. Appointments can be booked online with no issues and a response is provided immediately. I was able to see a family doctor as per my appointment with very little delay. I am blessed to have Telemed Belleville as my partnership for a family doctor.

First, I really appreciate the ability to book an appointment online. It gives me the flexibility.
Second, the staff were extremely helpful even though they were very busy. The clinic was packed on the way in and on the way out. Suggest you allow at least one hour for your appointment.
Third, Dr Patel was a pleasure to meet. He was attentive and professional.

If your homeless you get sent away to find wifi so you can book another appointment so you can wait another 4 days and go from trenton to Belleville twice for a single 10 minute appointment that you'll have to wait an hour for the second time you go. Second appointment and issue still not delt with. Just call any walk in this place is a joke.
