I am here for my CT scan at 6 in the morning and they said they have a lot of appointments right now so it will be waiting times. I am here with a lot of pain and this is how much patients they have right now. Very disappointed in urgent care.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and efficiency at Peel Memorial Urgent Care. From the moment we arrived just before 9 PM, everything about our visit was smooth, organized, and comforting, something I deeply appreciated as a stressed and scared patient.

The online waiting time tool was incredibly helpful in planning our arrival. Upon registration, the staff were calm, kind, and reassuring, immediately putting me at ease after finding out my blood pressure was high. Every step of the process was meticulously managed, and the timelines provided were transparent, which helped alleviate much of the anxiety.

After registration, we waited less than 20 minutes before being called for bloodwork. The blood tech/nurse explained the waiting times for the ultrasound, showing great transparency. Shortly after, the doctor reviewed next steps and informed us someone would guide us to the next area. This efficiency continued throughout, with detailed explanations at every stage, bloodwork, vitals, ultrasound, and lab results.

Each member of the staff: the registration nurse, blood tech, vitals nurse, doctor, and ultrasound tech, was patient, professional, and clear in their communication. It was a relief to see that every detail was managed so seamlessly. Even during longer waits, I was able to rest in the comfortable seating, which made all the difference.

By the time we completed our visit, we had comprehensive notes for our clinic and felt truly cared for. The process, though detailed, flew by because the staff kept us consistently informed and moving through the system. I’ve been to Peel Memorial before, and the outstanding organization and compassionate care always stand out. It’s by far my preferred urgent care facility in the Peel region.

The facility itself is spotless, with extremely comfortable seating, much appreciated for extended waits.

My only feedback for improvement would be for the enforcement of masking for patients with fever or flu symptoms. During our visit, several visibly ill individuals were coughing and sweating without masks, which could pose a risk to others.

Thank you to the entire team for prioritizing my urgent care needs and handling my care with ease, calmness, and attention to detail. Your efforts are truly commendable.

Hey guys, if you need any treatment please please never go to William Osler 20 lynch street, Brampton. I have never seen such irresponsible doctors and nurses. I will explain everything with proof. My husband had infection in lever from more than a week. We went to William Osler 20 lynch Street on 16 August, 2024. We told them everything that he had not eaten anything in last 8 days because he was unable to digest even a half apple because of severe infection in stomach. They did all the blood work and got the reports showing that ALP that must be between 45-117 IU/L was 643 IU/L, ALP that must be between 7-60 IU/L was 192 IU/L and C react Protein that must be 0-10 mg/L was 80.8 mg/L. I am attaching photo of the report, you can see the last three things as proof. After seeing all this, doctor was still unsure if he needed treatment or no. I trusted the doctor and took him back home but after 4 days, there was no improvement then we again visited the hospital on 20 August They again did all the blood work and got the same results. Again they said nothing to do with that. He would heal by himself. I again trusted them and took him back home and waited for a week. Then after seeing no improvement, I sent him to the hospital in Surrey,BC on 28 August. When the doctors saw his reports, they were shocked and immediately admitted him to the hospital and asked why the previous doctor did not do anything. I had no answer. I am still unable to understand why they all played with his health. Now he has been admitted in the hospital for 5 days. Doctors said it will take longer now because the treatment delayed. I wish no one ever faces such situation and such doctors and nurses.

Great experience at Peel Memorial Centre’s Diagnostic Imaging department! Went for a bone scan last Saturday (Oct. 14), which very convenient and not too busy.

The facility was impressive and the staff were excellent! Jenitha completed the registration efficiently and was very friendly and engaging. The wait was not long compared to other healthcare facilities. The change-rooms were large and clean, and had doors with locks instead of curtains, like other facilities.

The technician, Lisa B., was amazing! She was very friendly and clearly explained each step of the procedure, which was appreciated. She asked the required questions for the test, but also maintained casual conversation to enhance my comfort level with the scan. At all points throughout the process, she confirmed that I was comfortable or asked if I needed any support. She was a truly lovely person and effective health professional!

Thank you Jenitha and Lisa B. for making my first bone scan a pleasant one! I would definitely recommend Peel Memorial Centre and the Diagnostic Imaging department! 🙂

This is a great hospital. It is VERY clean (inside and outside) and directions are easy to follow. Honestly if, Jalessa (RN) wasn’t there, nothing would’ve been done around there. She’s a lifesaver who cares. I can’t thank her enough. I gave 1 less star because I find that their system needs to be updated efficiently when a patient moves to another location otherwise, you’re left trying to locate the patient yourself while the staff doesn’t know where they are. I also noticed just one doctor on the floor with every exam room filled. Nurses are in abundance but why such limited doctors? When you try to find the doctor, it takes way too long to find him let alone having him come to your room. The parking fee wasn’t exorbitant. I spent over 3 hours and I paid $16+. Ample parking is also available. Masks are mandatory at this hospital and one visitor/family member is allowed with the patient in the room.

Went to Peel Memorial yesterday morning, Urgent Care. Fantastic process from start to finish. Excellent nurses, the doctor on call was great and the time from walking in to leaving was 4 hours. That's incredible, considering the other hospital was an 11 hour wait in August.

I went to Peel Memorial Urgent Care late Wednesday night and had a fantastic experience. I was in and out within 1.5hrs which is about 3 hours less than any other ER experience I've had in 10 years. The process & directions were clear, and all staff very helpful.

We came for an urgent matter
With my husband, we were brought right in and prioritized!! He was seen so fast and immediately brought in to a room. Doctor came and saw him and ordered all the blood work and foley Insertion immediately.

I must say I’m so impressed with the care, definitely recommend this place
