I asked in advance of an initial meeting with the respiratory therapist if I needed to bring any materials. I also indicated I was a new client. I received confusing emails asking if I already had a medical device in question after this was previously explained. This is a minor issue, but it showed that emails were not being read. I was then called 30 minutes into my 1 hour drive for the initial consult indicating that I need to bring my current medical device despite the fact that I asked if I should bring any materials. The person on the phone then indicated that I would have to reschedule despite being halfway to their office. I explained that I rescheduled work meetings for this appointment and that their office had the opportunity to respond to my email asking about the required materials. They insisted that I need to reschedule. Their lack of communication (and/or confusing redundant messags) shows a level of disorganization that will likely be sustained even after a purchase is made. For this reason, I cancelled the appointment and went to another service provider. This office is not organized, nor do they communicate well with their clients. It was a waste of my time that affected my work productivity. There was little acknowledgement of this issue when it was explained by phone, which has now led to this review. I recommend saving your time and searching elsewhere if you are a new client, which is the purpose of this post.

I recently visited for my initial CPAP setup, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. Manisha, Michelle, and Satinder were amazing and provided exceptional assistance throughout the process. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything. 100% would recommend their services!

First time this type of system was prescribed to our household, but John went above and beyond ensuring we understood how to setup and operate the equipment. John also noticed that the valve on our tank was faulty and made sure he could get a replacement quick. during these unprecedented times it can be a little nerve racking, but with someone like John my family was quickly comfortable with the equipment provided.

This is a wonderful service that will not let you down! My grandmother needs oxygen everyday and one day when our machine suddenly stopped ProResp responded fast and efficiently. A phone call was coordinated and a new machine arrived in covid friendly manner on our doorstep. The problem was resolved within a very time sensitive timeframe. We felt prioritized and safe throughout the whole process. Thank you for a truly amazing experience!!!

Pushy! Force you into program. not willing to listen when you not comfortable with the equipment you need to use , forcing you to visit clinic often. Once you pay for the machine - not willing to provide you with additional paperwork. Forcing you to go thru with the program. Is this not your own decision to stop treatment ? Greedy! Money is all what they all are after - not your health!

They said they were going to call back in 2 weeks, Victoria never did. Today they call out of blue and tell me it's my fault , good luck getting blood from a stone.

Not professional. They will try to delay when you have to stop using oxygen, and not send anyone. They charge full month worth even when you go over 3 days in a new month. Seems like some greed is involved here.
