STOP PARKING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD IN FRONT OF THE NO STOPPING SIGNS, you are blocking the employee parking lot and creating a hazard as we cannot see pulling out of the lot.
READ THE SIGNAGE, there are instructions posted in several locations, please read them, pull into a dock before coming into the office unless you have been told otherwise.
When your paperwork is left out for you and it says in large lettering SIGN HERE, marked with an X and an arrow pointing to where you sign, please do not call me into the office and ask where to sign, I cannot help you.
Please understand when you come in and ask how much longer it will take when I have a line up of trucks down the road, you are the 27th driver to ask me that in the last hour, I cannot help you.
IF YOU MISS YOUR APPT, you may have to wait a very long time until there is an opportunity to load you without screwing over all of the drivers that arrived on time. If you are late, own the consequences and wait.
IF YOUR TRAILER IS REJECTED, understand that we hate rejecting trailers because we are in the business of shipping product, not storing it here. Just accept that you have been rejected and leave, do not ask me to talk to your dispatcher and your mom.
If you can just pay attention and follow simple instructions we will get you in and out as fast as we can.

Park truck on the road and then walk to the security at very end with your appointment number and time. Then, you have to check in on a small screen for the gate pass (ur personal info with pic for signing in and signing out). According to your appoint. time you may be waiting in your truck and will proceed after getting a text message on your phone to go inside the building.
Then, go to the shipping and receiving office for the dock and for papers after loading/unloading. Fast loading.

I recently picked up a load from this facility and unfortunately had a very awful experience, especially with the old guy named Bob at security. I had read other reviews before coming here and I see now that they were right — he acts like he owns the place and treats drivers with total disrespect.

In my case, I even felt I was treated differently because of my background — the way he talked to me was rude, unprofessional, and felt outright racist. This is completely unacceptable. No driver should have to deal with that kind of behavior just to do their job.

The company really needs to do something about this. We come here to work and keep things moving — not to be insulted or disrespected at the gate. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and makes changes, because no one should be made to feel this way at work.

The old Security Guard "BOB" was so so rude. While I was there for a delivery's, I asked him regarding the sign in stuff since I'm there for the first time, instead of answering your query he questioned you. There was another driver there who was struggling to sign in, and he was rude to him also. He things that who ever is coming in their facility should be aware of their security procedures. I can see, there's is so many complains in the comments section, but the company doesn't care.

Shipping and receiving staff is polite and helpful. But the main problem is old security guard . He dont know how to talk with drivers. His attitude just like a president. dont have manners very rude. if someone ask him for help Then he just showing worst attitude.

park your truck on the side don't pull to the gate ,walk to the office check in first , sweep your trailer before docking back , everyone is nice will get you loaded and back on the road pretty soon
