I had a great experience, They repaired my alternator very quickly, even though it was delayed by a bit since they had to special order a part. They went the extra mile and had it shipped overnight just to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Really impressed with their speed and dedication highly recommend

I had an excellent experience with Windsor Starter Powerhouse Electric. They truly offer the **best prices in all of Essex County** without compromising on quality. The service was top-notch—efficient, friendly, and professional. A special shoutout to the gentleman at the counter, who went out of his way to ensure I was happy. Jetski starter 190 plus tax one year and 1 mouth old. Started jetski maybe 9 times junk after one season is b.s lost a lot of respect. For not covering the starter or giving big discount on new one Lost my business.

This is the only review that sums up WSP!!! As you can see from the pics I posted I take pride and maintain my equipment to the best of my ability. Owner Jim and his staff jumped into action recently when I was under massive time constraints while enourte to pick up a high priority load in the U.S.
The truck was exhibiting charging issues that were not easily diagnosed without the determination and effort by Jim himself and Brandon along with consultation from Terry, another knowledgeable part of their stellar staff.
They looked like a Nascar Pit Crew combined with the skill of surgeons.
They were able to determine the Gremlin charging issue and get me on my way.
Keep in mind the labor and work that went into this is not an everyday task at WSP, let alone working on a commercial vehicle.
But Jim never ever hesitates to help in any way possible. Whether it's a boat stranded in the northern reaches of Ontario, or a semi truck. It pretty evident that no matter what, if something has a charging issue Jimmy and his staff will not shy away from anything.
I have known Jimmy as he is affectionately known for 35 years!!!
Well done Jimmy!! Saved the day!!!

These guys are amazing.!!
Family Day. Car won't start. Dead battery. I called them they took me in as soon as they opened. In and out within 30 minutes. Did I mention they weren't even "open" today!! They told me come on in. Also the battery my car takes was about HALF PRICE there! Thank god for them. I definitely recommend them to anyone!
