Greeted at the door by reception and directed immediately to a seating area to wait for my Sleep Therapist for my mask fitting. I was offered a drink and snack while I waited. In no time I was in for my fitting with Megan. My experience was very professional and aired on a genuine concern for my well being. Megan addressed all my issues, even with a return to fine tune my mask. I was extremely glad to have come across this type of customer service, as there seems to be little around these days. Keep up the great work folks!

Went in for routine items. The check out was exhaustively long. It took over 20 minutes to purchase 2 items. The clerk also had terrible attitude.

Recently, I travelled to Saskatoon with my CPAC but forgot to pack its power supply. After landing, the first thing I did was to contact the local suppliers for a solution. My first stop was at the Prairie Oxygen. I was trying to purchase the power supply but found out the brand is no longer carried by the store due to recall. I was offered the CPAC renting option which can be complicated with the settings that match my own unit. I was ok with this option. After a few minutes of working with the manager, to my surprise, the gentleman came with a power supply that works with my unit. It comes from the demo, open box, or a unit on somebody's desk and it was offered to me for free of charge. I was extremely happy and grateful for the service.

During a recent visit to Prairie Oxygen in Saskatoon to pick up our new CPAP machine, we were fortunate to experience a high professional and personable service through one of it's employees Megan.
Megan was very informed with the use of the new CPAP which was communicated to us in a very effective manner. She was a pleasure to deal with.
