If there is one word for the guy that works there, it's 'hostile'.

He doesn't introduce himself, he doesn't properly explain things, and if you say anything that he doesn't agree with, he get loud, talks over you, and keeps repeating himself.
When I told him something I had been told by a previous vet and I wanted confirmation, he told me that my research couldn't be trusted, something he stood by even when I told him that a VET told me the other thing.
He is rough and dismissive of the animal, sometimes diagnosing the animal, when he hasn't seen the animal, and the animal isn't even in THE ROOM.
He is unprofessional in his demeanor (throwing his hands up and rolling his eyes when you ask him to listen to you about your animal, rather than just talk over you about something he had already made up his mind about).
He is insulting in his behaviour (demanding that something be paid for when someone is literally moving to pay).
And just over all nasty, telling people loudly, cruelly, that their animals are going to die if they don't buy the super expensive food for their animals that he's shilling for.
(Yes, I know sometimes that animals need a special diet, but you don't need hydro pouches for a dog with ulcers, which is just flavored water and glycerine.)

This place wouldn't even get two stars if it wasn't for Dr. Pitura who also works in this place, though I'm not pleased with the fact that it took almost a month to get the results back for my animal, only to find out that the diagnosis was severe. At least she was friendly with the animals and gentle with them.

If you can't help but go to this place, try to see Dr. Pitura, or anyone else but him.

My vet referred me to this clinic so that my cat, with a long history of chronic Stomatitis, could have his last teeth extracted. Despite being sent a very detailed history and a dental chart the vet chose NOT to extract any teeth! Instead, without calling me or the referring vet, he cleaned my cats teeth. I had already paid to have his teeth cleaned two months prior and he did not need it again. When I arrived to pick my cat up and was told that they didn’t do what they were supposed to do I was told that they didn’t know that they were supposed to extract teeth. This was a lie which was confirmed when my vet contacted them immediately after. Not only was there no apology for what they had done they charged me almost $900 for something my cat did not need and that I did not approve. I paid so I could take my cat home but I am disgusted with how things were handled. I sent a lengthy email to the clinic to which I have not received a reply for. I am out a large chunk of the money saved for my cats extractions and I will now have to come up with that stolen money so that I can have him properly cared for elsewhere.
