Edit: there was a misunderstanding about the call back, and they made amends and a good offer so im ok now. Just make sure to call back before the billing comes in and charges at a regular price, when customers ask for a call back beofre the promo is over

Dishonest practices, they gave me a promo for a free upgrade for 4 months, but I asked to be called back before the promo was over to see if I liked the upgraded internet and wanted to pay for Hyperspeed 175 instead of 75(which I don't, still rough internet at times)....

Nope, instead of calling me back like they said they would, instead of being honest and saying "we can't call back, but how about you call us at _ date to let us know?", they lied and are now charging me extra for an internet upgrade I dont want.... disrespectful to lie like that Access

Had to return my Access equipment because I was moving. Did a day trip to Weyburn SK so took the equipment with me. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and she even told me how much my final bill would be.

The technicians I have dealt with were very good I pay about $100 a month for services and for the last two months I have been gettin way below what I'm paying for I'm paying for I believe it's 170 and I can't even get that most of the time
