I called this clinic this morning because I urgently needed an inhaler for my asthma, and they refused to book me in. They told me they are only for emergencies, but asthma attacks are an emergency. I work full-time and don’t have the flexibility to spend hours waiting at the hospital ER. I was left feeling dismissed and frustrated, especially because going without an inhaler for the past couple days I continuously go though episodes where I’m barely able to breath. I’m extremely frustrated with the situation. Clinics should be more understanding and accessible when it comes to chronic conditions like asthma.

I visited the lab at 2:30 PM and got in at 3:20PM. on July 15th, 2025. The Asian lady in the lab called me in and before I was able to take off my jacket, she yelled at me for my requisition paper. This behavior is completely unjustified. This person should not be around people if she wants to interact in this manner. Yes, I was a walk-in and had no idea about appointments...

I would rate this place lower, but I have had mixed interactions here.

one star for speedy, relatively painless blood test at the lab but the miserable nature of the lab tech and staff incapable of pinching out a smile makes the place not worthy of a more positive rating. sorry.

Well a lot of people seem unhappy. I was in there today and everybody treated me very good. I felt blessed and I'm very thankful for the care I received. The persons name that cared for me was Ashley. I almost want to be sick so I can go back. Anyhow they were wonderful. Paul Keeler

As a mom of sick kids I am a little frustrated that when I call to book an appointment after a week of trying to care for them over the Christmas holidays that I’m met with an immediate short sounding response, that there is no openings. Some gentleness might nice. I don’t normally post reviews but I’m left feeling discouraged enough that I did.

Just moved here from another province, I'm waiting for my sask health card to arrive. I have a doctor's requisition, I arrive at 0730hrs, I know I'll have to wait as I can't book on line with out a sask health card, there is no ticket numbers available as the dispenser is empty. The other people waiting to be served have been helped, I'm the only person in the waiting room. one of the techs comes out calls a name, I said I'm not that person and I don't have an appointment, they turned around and walked back into their room, I didn't get a chance to say, I'm out of province and can't book on line. Then three people walked in. I get it, they don't want to deal with you if you don't have an appointment, I left. Phoned my doctor to let them know my circumstances, they are willing to wait... All they had to say we can't take you or how long await it would be. But turn your back and walk away is unprofessional.

I’ve heard great things about the doctors here, but the lady at the front desk is probably one of the rudest people I have met. The clinic is clearly listed as an “urgent care clinic”, so I assumed it was the place to go before going to the ER. When I walked up and saw “appt only”, I thought I might as well book one since I was there at opening. Instead, I was told to go somewhere else without the option to even book.

Place is a joke. I tried for a WEEK to see a dr. First time was told "oh we open at 9:30". Then "we started making appointments at 9:15 sorry!" Then "we have been answering phones since 8:00, we are under staffed you probably won't get an appointment"

How is anyone supposed to make an appointment when your "operating hours" is a complete mess and a guessing game.
