I was thankful that I got there when I did. As another person came in shortly after me and was told to wait till Monday. Im thankful i didn't have to wait with my UTI i wouldn't be able to wait. I only had to wait about an hour. The young Dr was very nice and explained things. Some I didn't quite understand but most I did.

They want you to book online but they do not have my doctor's name to choose from -Dr. Pilon When you call in, you're waiting 20+ minutes to talk to reception only to find out your Doctor isn't in for 2 weeks. Either add more receptionists or add Dr. Pilon so.i can book online. I have a family Doctor I can rarely get in to see.

Fantastic facility, with amazing staff and amazing doctors. The GP's are knowledgeable and always take the time to listen to what I have to say and take that into consideration. I never feel like the appt. is being rushed. 10/10, would definitely recommend for a walk-in or family doctor if any are accepting!

They say they are a walking. I called a 830 when they open and no answer. I went don't there and the lady said they are all booked up before the day even started.

Phenomenal care received by Dr. Janzen. When addressing my concerns he asked insightful follow up questions and was very knowledgeable. He was very professional and made me feel very comfortable and confident by explaining the “medical jargon” in a way that I could understand. He worked with me to find the best options for me and my lifestyle without a hint of bias or judgement.
