My visits to CloudMed have been such a positive and reassuring experience. The clinic itself is really clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful, and responsive. Whenever I've needed documents or just had a quick question, they've been incredibly accommodating every single time. Even though they are private and “sell” different services, they will explain both the public (no extra cost) and private options for tests and referrals and let you decide how to proceed. In my case, my private health insurance covers costs of tests but not the consultations.

I actually picked CloudMed and Dr. Lamanque based solely on the positive reviews I read and because they are so close to my condo. I can confirm, those reviews were completely accurate! Dr. Lamanque herself has this wonderful calm presence, incredible listening skills, and you can just tell she truly wants to collaborate with you on your health. As someone who really likes to be an active participant in my own healthcare (and who maybe "comes prepared" a bit much, which sometimes feels like it could annoy a doctor!), I was so relieved and happy that she was really willing to listen and guide me through my care. Her follow-ups are always prompt and her approach and warm bedside manner are incredibly effective – they genuinely reduce any anxiety and make you feel safe and thoroughly cared for.

I appreciate how smoothly everything runs in the clinic. It's easy to make appointments and see availability online, and their website’s good at accessing invoices and historical info. The service is always punctual and the phone appointments are a real time-saver. While I certainly could go through the public system, the level of service and care here has been so genuinely good that it’s worth every penny for me. Happy to leave a review, hoping others in the area can benefit from their services and that they remain successful and stay in the neighbourhood. This is the way healthcare should be.

It was my first time at this clinic and the experience couldn't have been better. From the moment you walk in, there's a sense of peace, and the treatment from all the staff was simply incredible: kind, patient, and with a warmth that is deeply appreciated.

I especially want to highlight Dr. Fatouma Guindo, the best doctor who has ever treated me in all of Montreal, and the nurse who drew my blood. Both were extremely sweet and patient with me. Even though I wasn't feeling well physically, I felt calm and cared for thanks to them.
