Eric and Justin came right away (within an hour of my calling)! Fixed one light/ switch that weren’t working and installed another. Worked quickly, were willing to explained what was going on, and made recommendations for further improvements. I would give the electricians 5 stars.

The company charges quite a bit (imo) $380 for this job, completed in under an hour… but we were glad they could respond so quickly and help us out.

Tim was amazing! He was so kind and very knowledgeable in all aspects. I really appreciated his honesty in what needed to be done, and would be most helpful in fixing our problem. He saved us $5000+. It’s nice to have someone come in who has integrity and not just out to take your money for a service that’s not needed.
I also love how the company sends a text message with a photo of the person coming so you know who will be arriving.

Getting my new furnace was a pretty smooth experience with AquaTemp. I'd originally contacted them for an estimate for a geothermal heat pump, since they're one of the two places near Saskatoon that offer them, my furnace was about 17 years old already, and it could replace my A/C as well. Kail gave a rough estimate for a geothermal, but would have been about 3.5 times as expensive as the higher-end furnace I ended up choosing, after he gave several options and estimates.

The installation that Justin and Brent did seems pretty neat and tidy, and Brent did a good job explaining what they'd done for me. (He also explained some issues their noticed with my A/C while working on my furnace, which had been acting up this spring.) (His tablet had technical issues, so he did have to come back for the post-installation checks, but I can't fault him for that.) Overall a pretty good experience!
