The girls at the front desk are rude. I didn’t have coverage due to needing to change my address. There was $100 bill because of that and they wouldn’t help me send it away to sask gov. All they wanted was me to pay them. Wouldn’t let me get a much needed dr appointment because of it. I’m very upset

booking over 30 days for appointments. The reception has gone down over the past 5 years its so bad now it takes over 35 days for an appointment and 2 hours in the waiting room

Wonderful caring physicians, but cold, rude, uncaring receptionist staff. They have a sign up stating they will not tolerate verbal abuse, but that should go both ways and pertain to them and how they treat patients as well. I actually get very nervous when I have to call there and when I have to check in at the desk edited a few days later: I couldn't hear the receptionist and I asked her to repeat herself and she started yelling at me. This is ridiculous!! Harassment and bullying not tolerated but it is OK to behave thus way to sick people calling in!!

Absolutely amazing doctors at this clinic, all care about there patients! Unfortunately such a low review because of the receptionist staff. I was appalled at the unprofessionalism of these women while waiting for my appointment. First off super unfriendly and cold when I checked in, couldn't seem to get rid of me fast enough. Seemed to absolutely hate there jobs. Waited for 15 minutes in the front waiting area to hear them (as they were loud enough for the whole waiting room to hear them) bad mouth and make fun of 3 different patients after hanging up the phone to eachother. Never heard such unprofessional medical office receptionist staff in my life. If you hate your job this much time to find somthing new! YIKES!

I have found the receptionists cheerful and helpful in setting up appointments. I appreciate it is not an easy job with constant interruptions from patients entering and the phone ringing. So thank you ladies!

I'm in severe pain I cry, nothing they so helps when I see my doctor all he does is say what do you want me to do about it!. Maybe figure out why this pain is going on and severe headaches. My entire body hurts everyday so bad make a grown man cry.
