Had an IUD put in after a year of not having one and boy was it so painful but I'm not sure that was the drs fault. The rooms were weird overly comfortable and everything you'd need if you have anxiety. For me it was more like just get it done but I'm sure it's super helpful for others. I liked my experience there and I was rear ended a couple weeks after and they happily referred me to get an ultrasound to make sure the seatbelt hadn't shifted anything because I was in pain.

Dr. Voster put my IUD in yesterday and she truly is the cervix whisperer. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and soft spoken. I had zero cramping, zero discomfort, and was able to go about my day as usual. It may be due to the device my Dr prescribed, but I like to think there's quite a bit of skill involved as well.

If they put in your IUD don't expect them to take it out without getting a second referral even after they told you when you got it put in to just call and make an appointment if you ever need it taken out, oh but they said you can pay privately if you don't want to get a second referral. Barriers on women's reproductive systems is all it is.

It was very weird having an appointment where the doctor actually gives you the time of day, but it was a very nice change! Dr. Best was wonderful and took the time to go over certain aspects of my health that I have never been asked or informed about before. I definitely recommend this clinic!

I got an IUD put in at this clinic about a year ago. Suffered with it for a year. Finally, I was able to get an ultrasound and got in to see a different gynecologist at a different clinic, and she told me that this clinic didn't even insert the IUD correctly.

Was very nervous , got a referral from my doctor saying they're the best so I took his advice and booked. Very fast, easy and staff is 10/10 made sure I was okay, checked up with me gave me a lot details of what to expect before and afterwards. Definitely recommended them, sad I live out of town as I do visits to see my family doctor in west Kelowna as the clinic's around me are full or wait time is horrible so I stuck to my usual.

I got a referral on Jan 26 from my doctor and am still waiting to get a call from them. This’ll be week 6. The average wait time is supposed to be 2-3 weeks but I’ve heard nothing and had no follow up. I highly recommend to not rely on them getting back to you.

Doctor Vorster was simply amazing. My IUD was at the end of its life and had been misplaced, it was deep in my cervix with one string all twisted, numerous doctors had had troubles even seeing it- today, doctor Vorster ripped that sucker out as easy as anything- she’s so good at what she does, I didn’t even have any spotting. 10/10 would recommend doctor Vorster and the clinic, lovely experience for something that should have been anything but lovely.
