My mother was a client of ComForCare for nearly three years prior to her recent passing. The level of support and care provided to both she and my family was exceptional, and it's no exaggeration to say I don't know what we would have done without them. They truly cared about our well-being and treated my mom as if she was a member of their own family. Not only was the care personalized and compassionate, but ComForCare was proactive in communicating any and all concerns, posting daily updates on their secure portal and initiating discussions whether by email or phone. I can honestly say that Renee (owner) became a friend, and I always felt that way rather than simply as a client. We had used a different caregiver service previously and I never felt that same level of support from the leadership of the company. I can only give my highest recommendation for ComForCare Toronto-Central.

Comforcare provided superb companionship and physical care for Mom over five years while she was in an assisted living facility. Caregiving staff were well-trained, experienced with physical and intellectual needs, very caring and patient. The company is well run; office staff and coordinators were easy to reach, responsive and flexible as Mom's needs changed, and were knowledgeable to help us understand and navigate other resources that were available and to advocate when appropriate. An on-line caregiver report was available to family members after every shift to keep us in the loop. Comforcare greatly enhanced Mom's quality of life at the retirement home where she lived; thank you Comforcare!

ComForCare has been caring for my aunt in long term care at Rekai Wellesley Central Place for seven years. Her first caregiver, Nana, has been with her for that entire time, in more recent years joined by Georgiana. The caregivers, JD and every staff member at ComForCare are truly exceptional. Managing Director Renée has built a highly professional and caring team. Staff - and clients - are respected and stay for the long term.

Either Nana or Georgiana is with my aunt 11 hours a day, 7 days a week. They were with her through the pandemic and subsequent Covid outbreaks and have seen her through very difficult phases of her advancing dementia with intelligence, grace and true compassion. My aunt no longer recognizes me, but it is a great comfort that she sees Nana and Georgiana as family. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found ComForCare and cannot recommend them highly enough.
