This is the absolute worst company we have EVER dealt with in Saskatoon in 35 years! Lies, excuses and complete incompetence. We had a garage door ordered in June 2024 that was supposed to be installed 6 weeks later only to be given the run around and lied to until we threatened to cancel the door. Finally, the door was installed in November; 6 months later. Only to be told they didn't have anyone to do the installation. The door came and was partially installed; not by an experienced installer but by the salesperson who said "he wanted to see what it was all about". We have had nothing but problems with the door sealing on the corners and noise from the retraction and extension. They were to send someone to "fix" the door, we arranged a time and they deliberately showed up an hour and a half before the time so they didn't have to discuss the problem. I was called after and the lady stated they fixed the moulding. He was at our house for 1 and a half minutes.(on camera) He pushed the moulding with his finger and left...and it's still curling at the corners and not sealing. This is the quality of CP distributors work!!! They blamed it on our concrete. They also didn't even look at the garage door. Our previous Wayne Dalton door installed by Creative Door sealed and lasted over 20 years with no problems until we wanted to upgrade to a more modern style door which they didn't carry. Hence, we went with this nightmare of a company! Do not have anything to do with these incompetent, corrupt people! They will lie and refuse to fix their mistakes. How shameful to be in business and not do the job someone has paid you to do! If you are looking for a company to replace your garage door, go with Creative Door. They are top notch. We will be calling them to fix the mess this company created.

I have had the pleasure of working with CP for many years now. They are the best in the business for all commercial doors and accessories. As a general contractor, I have ordered hundreds of doors through them and have not had a bad experience yet.

Our company spent $500000.00 on rollup doors and now Eric doesn't even have the balls to answer his phone or return a call or reply to an email. We do not recommend them

CP installed new doors in our new location and were great to work with. Jason and McKinley have always been helpful. Communication was great. Product fits our needs. Installers were on time, friendly and neat. Would definitely work with them again.

Had a break in at our shop, called CP Distributors on Monday to come fix the front door and add some security to the back door. Eric promptly came out, we had a good discussion and decided on the products we needed to get it done. Soonest appointment they had was Friday which was a bit later than I had hoped (considering the door was compromised) but it wasn't a big deal.

Friday rolls around, 2PM and still nobody here. Call Eric, he says "we had to re-book you in next week Tuesday". Not a phone call or even an email to let me know, just left us hanging with a broken door. I had planned on leaving town this weekend but this will no longer be possible as I am not comfortable leaving the door unattended in this state. Thanks Eric for lying to me and taking away a full week that I had to get a different more reputable company in to fix the door.

If you place value in choosing a company that follows through on their word, I would recommend to avoid CP Distributors.

Never used this company and probably won't in the future. I was driving into the city this morning and their company truck was beside me most of my trip between martensville and Saskatoon. I went to change lanes. I saw this trucks headlights in my rear view, signaled and moved over. I in no way cut them off. They proceeded to tail gate me and drive with their high beams on until they turned on 71st. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for

CP Distributors was one of the best experiences I've ever had with contractors. They went out of their way to accommodate me and showed a very high level of professionalism. Not to mention high quality work. I highly recommend them.
