So far, this hospital has gone above and beyond for my son. He's attempting to get from BC to Winnipeg. He's an army vet who desperately needs treatment for a long standing alcohol addiction. He does want to get sober. He's had horrible challenges since he left BC, due to his addiction. RCMP found him in a ditch and admitted him here. He did walk out once to buy alcohol, was picked up and taken back to hospital. The Doctor who has connected with him has given him hope, help and compassion. The staff are all working with him towards starting his recovery and hopefully helping him to get into an in house treatment program here in Winnipeg. Not all hospitals are that kind or compassionate when it comes to addicts. Thank you for helping my son.

The healthcare system is atrocious and pathetic. Wait 3 hours in severe pain to not be seen by a doctor. Is the CEO of the health region hoping people die at home so they get another raise?

Keep driving until you get to Calgary! Do not risk your life or your loved ones to this nightmare posing as a hospital!
Looking forward to suing them before they kill more people.
This place needs to be investigated!

Dr Mackenzie Lim. Your care is good but I do not appreciate you cutting me off when I mention my husband said something that you said.... "don't worry about what your husband says" please stop saying this to patients. This is the SECOND time you have done this to Me.

I visited emerg at 4:30 am on a Saturday morning for relentless sinus and throat pain. I was seen within five minutes by a very kind fourth year nursing student and an RN. After vitals general info, I was seen again within five minutes by the night shift doctor. He was fantastic, and I'm extremely pleased with the visit.

From someone who despises going to hospital for anything, this was incredible. Thank you everyone.

Dr. Flora needs her medical license revoked. She screamed at me, called me names, and said I have an ED so I can manipulate the people around me. I ended up blacking out from a severe panic attack due to her actions and words. She caused my family distress. The nurses were all wonderful, although I will not be going back for any treatment. Ended up going to Pasqua hospital in regina to finish my treatment, they said there is no record of me being in Swift Current. I will be taking further action.

We came down from northern Alberta and this hospital was like the other side of the coin from what we are used to in a good way. Leaving the house at 11 AM we were hoping we would be out by 4 PM and when we walked in, after being able to park without an issue, there was no one else there and we were seen immediately. We still can’t believe it. Staff were amazing, friendly and thorough. We are very thankful.

The doctor there at the ER was not only racist, but incredibly rude! Writhing in pain and first thing asks if we're on drugs or alcohol. We weren't. And then just dismissed us without any help because he didn't want to give us anything for the pain He wouldn't even look at us. Just assumed we were faking or something. I don't understand why as we were well dressed, clean and clearly not under any influence but decides to make that assumption? We were dealing with pain and seeking help. We werent rude or mean but i regret now not telling him off! We were driving through and just decided to go to a different town because Jesus Christ. Idk what the health system is like in Saskatchewan but wow do I feel sorry for the people theyre supposed to look after. It wasn't like this when I was younger I'll say that much.
