The appointment went very well. Jeff Germain was very knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. The only problems encountered was the lack of communication about the location. It ended up being at a different location than originally planned and head office and the local location were not on the same page about this. Also, nothing was mentioned about the $10 Tim Hortons card that was promised.
