Staff were very friendly, quick and easy process, I felt welcomed there. One thing I didnt like is that you have to buy a pair of glasses for your pupil distance, but I guess thats how they stay in business. I am waiting on my pair of glasses to come in and I cannot wait. Overall would recommend.

Terrible communication between doctors and front end staff. Worse communication between staff and patients. I was extremely disappointed 5 years ago when I went there the first time. And even more so after giving them a second chance more recently. Want to support local, but will be forced to go elsewhere after yet another bad experience here. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years and am appalled at how disorganized this place is ran.

I brought my two small children with me and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. There was a sale on frames so my glasses cost about half of what I was bracing myself for. I was very pleased with my experience.

I had an eye exam done, and this was fine, but when I asked to get a copy of my prescription, the air turned from professional to brutal. The receptionist started to talk down to me and indicated that I was less than others who had come into the office. I came for an eye exam, not glasses, but the feeling that the receptionist and doctor ( who talked in private about me, and yet in clear view) tried to leave me feeling was of being less than. I will never go back for any emotional manipulate to such a false operation. They think that the eye exam entitles them to be your optical dispenser. This is far from the truth. In fact, they made me wait for over 30 minutes before they printed my results for me. I have never been treated this way any other health care provider, and will never recommend them, nor go back.
