Highly Recommend Dr. Erimona and His Team!

Dr. Erimona is our family doctor from past two years, and we couldn’t have been in better hands. His care and dedication made a real difference in our health and well-being. Whether it was routine checkups or addressing concerns, he is always attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. His staff is equally amazing—always friendly, organized, and supportive.

Unfortunately, we may have to change doctor due to moving to another city, but we will truly miss him and his wonderful team. We wish him all the best and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a compassionate and professional doctor!

Great Service, But Timely Concerns

I've been a regular at Healthmax-hub Medical Center, and I must say, the doctors and staff here are incredibly friendly and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the level of care is top-notch.

However, my consistent concern revolves around time management at the clinic. Despite the friendly environment, I find myself waiting 15-20 minutes past my scheduled appointment every time. This delay is noticeable, especially with a line of patients patiently waiting for their turn.

I've attempted scheduling appointments on different days and times, hoping to avoid the prolonged wait, but unfortunately, the pattern persists. It would be fantastic if the clinic could address this issue to enhance the overall experience.

Edit After a recent visit: Even after a year, it seems there’s still room for improvement with time management. I noticed that the delays might be because appointments are scheduled just 10 minutes apart, so if someone needs a little extra time, it quickly adds up. It would be great if management could take a closer look at this, as waiting 30–40 minutes for a scheduled appointment can be frustrating despite planning ahead.

Very unprofessional. Even if you have an appointment you still have to wait for 40 minutes and someone who has job can’t wait for an hour there. Also, if you get appointment for something they don’t do it on time. I went to sign my form for placement. Doctor said you can pick it up tomorrow. Has been 3 days. still waiting and he said we will let you know when u can pick up form. Totally unprofessional.

My recent experience at Doctor's Office , brampton was disappointing. The receptionist, I encountered seemed unprofessional and were unable to respond to my questions in a helpful or courteous manner. Additionally, when I tried to access the website, healthmaxhub.ca, I received a "forbidden error" message. This unprofessionalism creates a negative first impression and makes it difficult for patients to find important information online.

I don’t have words to thank you Dr. Erimona . He is very calm and listening person. He will listen our all concerns without rushing. I really believe he has some inner quality to make all his patients smile while leaving his room. He handled my critical care very smartly and helped me lot to understand everything.
