I brought my three year-old grandson in for his second haircut at Magic Cuts. The hairdresser did a wonderful job and my grandson looks extremely handsome with his new haircut. I have always been satisfied with the staff and left with a smile on my face, as did myGrandson. I’m sure we will be back again

One of the worst experience had today for my wife. She came for eyebrow waxing and the lady name Jennifer who did it make it more worse. I wonder why magicuts hire someone who is not professional in their job. When we ask for the owner/boss contact information the manager refused to give the details. She told us that she already called the boss but later told boss didn't picked the call. The manager and staff have no responsibility over the client when facing some dreadful situation. They offered not to pay for the service but that didn't make anything better. They asked her to use eyebrow pencil to cover up the mistake for what they have done to her eyebrows which is the worst solution that can be advised to the client. Me and my husband will never ever come to this place again.

My 7 year old granddaughter got her long trimmed. Hairdresser was very good, did a nice job and even did fancier hair braid with accessories. Conversation was very good with her also. Thankyou so much.

I had a basic hair cut it looked good at the shop but when I got home and looked closer it was not even from side to side. Please take a little more time and check it over . It was a quick cut the stylist had time to check it over.
