NorDon Medical is incredible!

Our little boy was put on a specialized formula due to health reasons, and the only pharmacy to bring it in was NorDon. It came with a huge price tag, and we waited for months and months for the government coverage to kick in. Finally the ladies at NorDon had enough, called the government on my behalf and expedited te process. We had government coverage the next day! This changed our entire household for the better, and it was all thanks too this great group of people.

I have used several medical supply stores in Saskatoon over the past 15 years or so. It is stressful for me to find the right supplies and the best fit for his needs for ostomy and incontinence supplies.
I love that the staff there can give me excellent advice and I have been able to return many things if something wasn’t working.
I so appreciate that they are open 6 days each week and being open until 6 allows me to go after work if I need to.
They do the ordering and invoicing directly to SAID and it makes payment really straight forward for me.
The delivery of supplies is a life saver as well!
The only thing I would do to improve their services would be for them to have the ability to email me paid invoices so I can submit my claims to my health plan more easily and I would love if I could order online.
However, despite not having these options, they do so much to make my experience go smoothly so I can’t imagine ever going any where else.

NorDon staff have always been very accommodating and informative with my ileostomy and the supplies I need. I had some trouble with manufacture defects and they cleared up and resolved the problem effortlessly, no questions asked.

Staff have taken time to help find me the resources I can use for products and showing me many supplies first hand, discussing pricing, pros and cons, and availability.

I tend to be very last minute with my ordering my supplies, sometimes just showing up, and have never felt an annoyance or out of place. I will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

My daughter just had her first baby, and following a traumatic delivery and a complex postpartum recovery, she needed to stop nursing her baby. Lauren Kovarsky, a long time Nordon Medical employee shared her knowledge of a government sponsored program where some mothers may qualify for formula to be covered if the mother needs to quit nursing their baby due to a medical condition. Lauren went above and beyond to help contact my daughter’s medical professionals, and get approval for this service. We are so grateful, and deeply touched that Lauren did all the work to ensure our newest and most precious family member would receive the nutrition she needs ! Lauren did all the paperwork and communicating with the various agencies, and simply told us, “ I am on this. If I need anything from you, I’ll let you know “. She took care of everything so my daughter could continue to focus on her recovery. Thank you, Lauren and Nordon Medical for helping ease some of the stress during what has been, a very challenging time for our family !! We are grateful !
Special mention to Harpreet ( Happy ) whom delivered an entire month’s supply of infant formula, with care, to our front door ! What a wonderful service for families going through difficult medical challenges !

Staff is phenomenal! I have been an ostomate for over thirty years and they have helped me every step of the way. Lauren, Val, Michelle, Danielle, Zoe and Janet are unfailingly friendly and are able to help with any problems….. big or small!
