This clinic does NOT put patients first. Girly boy was rude and says “I SAID WE ARE DONE” and proceeds to walk away and ignore me.
Denying medical care in Canada is illegal. This clinic should be reprimanded for this.
Dr. Savoy refuses to accept patients past a certain time, despite it being 50 minutes to close. They lock you out (and lock people in).

Do not go here if you want a doctor that will care about you.

My fiancé visited this clinic for severe back pain, which is affecting his ability to walk and sit. Unfortunately, the doctor who saw him was very dismissive and only spent about 4 minutes with him. Despite his medical history, she did not listen properly and was quite rude. We expected a more professional and caring approach, but instead, he left without proper help or advice. Very disappointing experience.

1 star is too much. Made several trips because I knew something was seriously wrong but needed tests done or to be referred to specialist. Had to beg for basic tests, as well as beg to get call back with results despite having SEVERAL serious symptoms. Kept going back and specifically to Dr Flora, hoping a female Dr might have some empathy. She was incredibly rude and insensitive.

After months of gaslighting, I went to seek out of province advice and I’ve been diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease backed by actual tests, which has gotten exponentially worse since seeking help from this INSULT of a practice. None of you should be doctors of any capacity. You are all a disgrace and truly know NOTHING when it comes to medicine.

Never had issues until I brought my spouse and child in today. Apparently the front desk sees the need to hold the bathroom key hostage instead of in the plastic container like normal. And then sit there with a smug look on their face while a four year old needs to pee. Absolutely ridiculous and disgraceful

Went to this clinic as a walk in patient. I was asked to come back since it didn't open for 30 min. The receptionist took my info & let me sit in waiting area. The doctor was very understanding and professional. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because his nurse was very grumpy. She didn't introduce herself as the nurse and didn't smile the whole time I was with her

Note to the person ( nurse?) who brings patients into room from the waiting area and does early assessment before doctor sees patient. First, please find strength to put a welcoming expression on your face. Please, be friendly. Do not make patient feel that you are extremely busy and please do not interrupt patient who tries to answer to your questions. Please note, some people are 1) stressed, 2) have short term memory problems ( or brain fog) due to illness. Don’t tell patient “ Doctor will not do it for you” because you are not in position to make these statements. And the last; please when you report to the doctor who “is next” try to be neutral in your statements. Do not put in doctors ears your own personal opinion about this patient’s reason what brought patient to see doctor. Review done by the nurse with 38 years of working experience. Thanks.

Did not realize my health card was expired, I honestly don't look at it unless I'm giving it to someone, so my bad there. But I had already come here once this year for pain in a previously torn rotator cuff, and was not only allowed care, but was not informed of the expiration. But today when requesting a test and antibiotics for what my wife and I believe to be strep throat, I was told that I will not even be looked at without paying $50 on top of whatever the medicine will cost. Shame on this system, and shame on the heartless attitude of the person working the desk. You should be embarrassed, and though I coul say I hope something similar happens to you for your disgusting treatment of patients, I won't. I'll just say I hope you have the kind of week you deserve.
