Great service from Nufloors in Kamloops. It was one week from time we asked Brian to visit and quote for replacement of our basement stairs carpet and bedroom carpet till the project was completed.
Installer was in and out quickly and efficiently.
One very small issue with carpet on stairs, Brian came and inspected the next day and took care of it immediately.
Very nice folks to deal with and we feel we were treated fairly in all our dealings.
PS: this is the third time we have dealt with Nufloors over the last 15 years and have always been happy with the results.

We ordered our flooring through Nufloors in December 2024. Initially, the experience was very positive. Communication was prompt, and the service felt attentive. The first phase of our installation, which covered the upstairs, was completed before Christmas.
However, it started to feel like after we made our deposit, the communication began to taper off. We had understood that the installer would return after New Year’s, so we spent the last days of our holidays preparing: removing appliances, cabinets, tearing out the old floors, and rearranging our main floor.
Unfortunately, no one showed up on the expected day, and when we reached out, we were told the email updating us on the reschedule hadn’t gone through. That was a bit frustrating, especially with two kids under 4 and a house in disarray. Our last days of Christmas holidays had been spent ripping apart the house, instead of relaxing with our family.

The full house install was decent overall, but we did have some concerns once everything was completed. Raised joints between planks/uneven areas, and a faulty stair nose. Our sales person came by the house to assess a few weeks later, and some of this was brushed off as standard. My husband and I both have over a decade of experience working construction and renovations and knew these weren’t normal expectations for quality flooring. We understood our subfloor was not perfectly level but the issues at hand weren’t not a reflection of that. Following that visit we experienced delays and multiple rescheduled visits when trying to get these concerns fixed. It was an ongoing process, however we remained patient.

We really appreciated that the installer came back to attempt fixes and he was able to fix most of the issues! Unfortunately a few issues were not completely resolved. For example, one spot which had previously had debris under a plank, has now left a visible dent/mark? in the floor. Our master bedroom has long uneven sections that catch the light. It looks like the joints of the subfloor weren’t sanded down properly. The rest of the house is great - but the master bedroom isn’t the best and we’ve since opted to cover the issue with a rug.
Communication continued to be a challenge. Since the day our sales person came to our house, we had asked for an invoice, since the floors were technically complete. The same day after the final visit from our installer, I mentioned I wasn’t still happy with some of the pieces, but felt bad because my husband should’ve mentioned it. I asked for the invoice again so we could square up, but didn’t hear back from our sales person. I had even asked if he could call me and he just never got back to me. A week later the owner called to ask why payment hadn’t been made yet. I explained that I asked for the invoice a few times and was just never was sent it. I also shared our concerns with the process at this time. He was very understanding and promised to follow up with me once he talked to our sales person and installer. I paid the balance in full immediately upon receiving the invoice that day. Unfortunately, 3 weeks went by and I heard nothing from the owner. I sent a follow up email, and the owner said he’d come by that night or the following day. Unfortunately we were out of town, so I let him know that. It’s been almost 3 months since then and I never heard back from my email saying I wasn’t going to be home. He never responded to ask when I was going to be back or try to reschedule. 🙁

At this point, we have decided to let it go. The remaining issues are minor enough that we can live with them. I’ll admit we were left feeling a bit let down, especially after spending nearly $15,000. We had planned to work with Nufloors on future tile orders for our bathrooms and kitchen, but will be moving forward with other options.

We truly wanted this to be a great experience and are super grateful for the parts that went well. However, after making our final payment, we felt like our concerns were no longer important. We had hoped for more consistent communication and follow-through

We had Nufloors Kamloops come out to our sorrento property and install beautiful vinyl plan we ordered through them. We went with a high end product that they were able to supply at extremely competitive pricing and the install was flawless.

They put up with our endless amount of taking home samples over the course of several months. Provided excellent customer service to myself and my wife and the install was excellent. Highly recommend.

Paul and his staff at Nufloors actually deserve 10 Stars!! We have a very unique home, concrete slab with in-floor heating. This meant that the main area of the house had to levelled prior installing the vinyl click flooring. The team took their time applying the levelling agent to ensure that the floor was as close to perfect as could be. They also had to manufacture a transition piece for the bathroom tiled area to the hallway. The flow between the two rooms is seamless!! The flooring went down in a day and at the end of the day all the garbage was whisked away leaving us to simply admire our beautiful flooring.......and oh yeah, the professionalism of the Nufloor team:) Thank you all!
