After some problems getting confirmation on a verbal price quote I was put in touch with Donna and things went smoothly.
I was trying to buy a second lift chair in a small size.
I had bought one in PA medium( I live in Emma lake ) but they didn’t have a second one. The price was 100.00 more but that’s ok.
Service was great Golden Chair was indeed Golden.

My mother used this company for a temporary lift Rental. The gentleman wasn’t straight forward with costs, charged 1200$ worth of labour for a installation that took less then 3 hours. Unreliable communication, my mother had to call for a invoice 3 separate times before it was sent.
Very unprofessional service not being upfront about extra charges and costs.

Was okay until they made the sale. When two and a half weeks later I had to exchange a hospital bed mattress for warranty the salesman has been rude. Stating he’s overwhelmed, can’t look up specifics regarding when it will get here. Stated that I’m lucky I’m getting a replacement because any other company wouldn’t do it for me. It’s got a 7 year warranty and started to break down after two weeks. I’ve been waiting over a month. Poor communication and total disrespect for customer needs. I will not purchase from there again.

I recently heard about Prairie Heart from a friend of mine. She gave glowing reviews about how amazing the company was. For decades I've only dealt with two other mobility related businesses within the city and had never heard about Prairie Heart.

I'm so happy I contacted them. The service there has been absolutely outstanding! I have dealt with several representatives and no matter who I speak with, they are more than willing to bend over backwards to help in any way possible. The ongoing communication to keep me updated, is something I have never experienced before. It is so refreshing. For the first time ever, I don't have to keep checking in with them. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and if they don't know an answer they go above and beyond to find it in a timely manner.

I can say with full certainty that I will never go anywhere else. My only wish is that I had found out about them sooner. It is absolutely a phenomenal business and the people who work there truly do have a heart for people.

Was charged a 40% restocking fee on items that weren't suitable and never used . Very bad taste from that experience.

I had a very good experience dealing with Prairie Heart Mobility. The staff and sales consultant I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. They took the time to treat me as an important person in their store. They let me try out several lift chairs and mobility scooters which would neet my needs as a P.P.M.S. patient. I was happy to purchase both of these from them. Fadi was my sales rep and he was amazing. Thanks so much. A very satisfied customer.
