Went in for a routine cleaning.
Specifically and adamantly told the hygienist to not be rough whatsoever with my lower anterior as the gum and bone tissue was delicate.
Proceeds to use a super floss and punch holes in my gums. I now have a brand new black triangle which is likely to progress like the others which only ever started from an aggressive cleaning like this. Have pictures.
Definitely not trusting these guys again, want my gum tissue back now I'm going to have another gaping hole that'll develop
Odd I never had issues for years and years until people started aggressively pushing floss through the front to back of my lower teeth when I tell them no.

The people at Riviera Dental are very kind understanding very knowledgeable. We take their time to explain things we take their time doing any procedure that is being done. I’ve had procedures done where we’ve gone through discussions and actually decided that we’re better off. Going to a specialist in that area. I love their honesty and their patience.

I had an excellent experience at this dental office. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease. They were able to design and place a crown in a single visit, which was incredibly convenient. The result was excellent. I’m very happy with the care I received!

Thank you for your great care. Was in to have a tooth repaired and everyone was great from the front desk staff to Dr Olson and assistant Heather. Been going to this clinic since 1979 and it still is the best dental clinic in town. Much appreciated.

They were able to fit me in same day for a dental emergency when I wasn't even their patient, and my usual dental office had not offered enough help. Dr. Dhaliwal was able to numb and pull my impacted, infected wisdom tooth in just a few minutes. The dental assistant, Taryn, was also wonderful and very professional. Will definitely be switching to Riviera for the rest of my dental work if they're taking new patients.

Dr. OLSON is really kind and gentle. She talked me through every step of the process. I had a tooth that needed to be removed. I called to see if they could squeeze me in. The receptionist was amazing. The hygienist who I feel bad that I forgot her name was awesome. This was by far the nicest crew of dental professionals that I have ever seen. 10/10!!! If you need to see a dentist this is the one.

Absolutely the Worst Dental Clinic in All of British Columbia!

If you care about your teeth, stay far away from this place! They don’t fix your dental issues—they create new ones. The dentists here are either completely incompetent or just don’t care about their patients. They ruined my perfectly good tooth, and now I have to spend even more money fixing their horrible mistake.

The staff is unprofessional, the service is terrible, and they seem more interested in making money than actually helping patients. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Avoid at all costs!

I had a difficult filling, Dr. Sun and his assistant Taryn explained the process, ensured I was comfortable, checked in constantly and then Dr Sun called me the next day to make sure everything was going well. 🙂
