Office staff are rude and rarely return calls. Dr. Van Breda is a nice person but I question how well she makes a correct diagnosis. My dad was in immense pain for months and 5 months later, the ER found a large tumor.

Receptionist the one with the German or some accent is the worst. Lack customer service skills and need to be sent into training. Fired! My dad was sick and I spoke with her she was aggressive, didn’t book my dad in and hang up the phone. Took my dad to the walk in clinic the next day where he sent to emergency. Could have lost my dad because of her! She is incompetent

Used to think the wait times were worth it but It's just not anymore. have to wait upwards of a couple days just to get a phone appointment for a follow up on medication renewals. reception has never been helpful nor respectful.

I don't understand what these reviews are talking about i have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic especially with the receptionists. If you are respectful you get respect. Not to say that the people in these comments were not respectful. Some people just have bad days too no matter what line of work so I don't judge.

Receptionists are crabby and not helpful at all. Everytime i call to make an appointment i have to wait a month or 2 to see the Dr. They're not very accommodating. On my last experience i had to wait 45 days to get in to see the Dr. , my appointment was for 2:10 PM and im still waiting to get in at 4:30 PM. The Drs are good and very helpful if you can ever get in to see them. This is definately my last visit to this clinic. I will not come back to this, i would prefer a walkin or this anytime.

Horrible clinic.. ladys at the front desk are very rude and do not care about people. Always like a month to get in to see your doctor even if its urgent. And when you do get a appointment it takes about a hr and ahalf up to two hours past your appointment time scheduled. Got fed up.

Dr Sam is amazing and the knowledge hardly surpassed by few doctors. Sometimes it's a longer wait time for your app when you're in the clinic. I just wish he lived closer.

Do not recommend this clinic. My doctor just drops me with no warning and thankfully I had called in to reschedule or I would have wasted an entire day getting there for nothing.
