I arrived at 5:50 pm to pick up a supplement, but a staff member rudely told me the store was closed despite posted hours stating they were open until 6 pm. When I pointed this out, she dismissed me, saying she had work to do before closing. The store was empty, so there was no reason I couldn’t make a quick purchase. Poor customer service, I won’t be returning.

This location has a very difficult time stocking thier store..
Been waiting for over a month to recieve an order...
They NEVER have anything in stock and put you on a phone list where you will sit and wait for over a month!!!
There are much better places to find your needs than this place!!!

Your losing customers couse you can't seem to stock your shelves!!!

Very rude owner at this location, never have I experienced such terrible rude service and comments from a business owner. No wonder this store is always empty of customers. Never have I witnessed any business owner refer to a person (spouse) that she is unable to grasp what vitamins and supplements are and what they do. Stay away (big markups)...much better service and prices online if you know what you want...don't rely on up-to-date information from this owner. One star is too generous.
