This company is amazing ! From start to finish.......nothing but a positive experience. My boiler went down in January and after getting a couple outrageous quotes to replace it Ryan stopped by within an hour of calling vortex. He offered several affordable options and Joe and the boys had the new boiler installed and operational 2 days later. The service and pricing Votex offered cannot be matched. Don't call anybody else.

Called in early morning on a weekend as our ACU stopped working. Ryan sent a guy within few minutes to have it checked. He did a temporary fix last summer to save me some money but now he advised to have the unit replaced. I was worried about costing so he offered me payment arrangements. I highly recommend this company as they really care for their customers. They are always my "go to" people. Thank you Ryan and Patty! 😊

Vortex is awesome. I recently had a very short timeline for some specialized plumbing equipment to get installed. I had Carter come over to install it and he was efficient, self directed, professional and quick. Couldn't have asked for more from him. If you need anything for your furnace or plumbing, these are the guys to talk to.

I had them replace a water heater on warranty, they had the new one installed the day after I called. While waiting for the tank to fill they noticed a couple minor issues with my furnace and fixed those as well.

Work was completed fast and clean. The guys were friendly, had the right tools and were knowledgeable.

I will be using vortex again next time.

5 Stars!! Called about replacing our hot water tank at 8am and it was installed by 10:30 am!
The technician Martin was very thorough friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him many questions and he was happy to answer all of them!
I will definitely be recommending them to friends and will use their services for my next malfunction!! Cheers

Amazing company to work with. Available to ask questions in the evening, very understanding and had ordered a hot tater tank to be installed the next day! Plumber was very handy and knew what he was doing, did not waste any time. Flexible financial options. These guys are amazing.

Of course as soon as it got cold my old furnace stopped working. I called one company who came out and quoted me over 5K to replace it. I was upset as I didn’t want to spend that. I decided to call around and called Vortex in Weyburn. I’m in Pangman. They came out same day, I had given a brief description of the issue and they knew exactly what part to replace and the tech brought it with him. 20 mins and and did the work for a VERY reasonable cost. I will never call anyone else. If you’re in Weyburn or in the surrounding towns call Vortex. They are honest good people, which is so hard to find these days. Seriously don’t call anyone else but them. Highly recommend. 10 stars.
