The company is overall good but my experience with Ashley Langen is such a horrible nightmare, even when I reported her bad attitude and bad behaviour to her boss Will, nothing got back to me, she yelled at me on the phone and threatened me that she would hang up the phone only because I wanted to ask her a question "how can I pay my insurance fee",she started getting angry and kept yelling and at the end and she was so angry and hung up the phone!
Just ask for another broker and stay far away from her if you want to be treated like human not an animal!
But Lisa Wall is a great broker, she is so nice and just a professional broker!
