By far the most rude secretary staff I have ever had to deal with. I wish I could give a -5 star review. I have gone to the same doctor for a long time and have enjoyed their services, but the secretaries here make the entire experience miserable and make it so you don’t want to return. Seriously need some real training on people skills, especially how to extend it to more than just the patients THEY THINK deserve it. Everyone deserves kindness and respect. Amherst Medical Associates are the worst. You would literally get better treatment at the ER.

I have nothing but respect for the staff at this clinic. They are super friendly and always efficient. They ALWAYS call back with follow up as promised and try their best to get me into appointments as soon as possible. I feel truly blessed to have Dr Murray McCrossin and his wonderful staff looking out for me . Good job folks!
