We had an amazing 90-minute couples botanical massage at Stillwater Nature Spa in Tofino. Our therapists, Mary and Angie, were wonderful and made the experience feel personal and relaxing right from the start. The spa is tucked away in a cozy tent in the middle of a bird sanctuary which allowed us both to really feel connected with nature. The essential oils were incredible—we struggled to pick just one because they all smelled so good!

They’ve thought of everything: from Turkish towel blankets to (optional) heated, memory-foam massage beds and warmed towels. The whole process, from booking to payment, was super easy and smooth, which made it even more enjoyable.

After the massage, we took our time relaxing in a beautiful lookout area. And if you go, definitely check out Roar at Club Zed for a coffee afterwards—it’s a great way to wrap up the experience. We loved it and will absolutely be back!

Husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and I booked this as a surprise. We had a hiccup with the booking (mostly my fault) and we showed up at the wrong time. And the location was magical, the rain on the tent, the use of the Zed sauna, it was the best morning that I can remember! The essential oils were next level as well. What an absolute treat!

My husband and I booked the Couples’ Massage as part of our 30th wedding anniversary celebration, on the recommendation of my sis-in-law. WOW, what a fabulous experience in such an idyllic setting: a spa tent in the middle of a forest! Heather and Mary were wonderful, very attentive and making sure we were both comfortable, etc. My masseuse was Heather and I have to say that this was one of my all-time favourite massages EVER. Afterward, my husband and I used the sauna and hot tub, then strolled down a boardwalk to a scenic lookout, where flocks of small white birds soared and dipped across the water. A magical and utterly relaxing experience; highly recommended.

The couples massage we had at Stillwater was really like no other experience we’ve had. Just the walls of the coziest bell tent between us and a forested bird sanctuary. The oils were so thoughtful and grounding. And both of us kept talking about how much attention, care and listening our bodies received. It was the beginning of our time in Tofino and allowed us to make such a sweet transition into our down time.
