So, we decided to stop by mostly bc of the negative reviews. And you know, it’s a great place run by a lovely woman. Y’all are nicotine addicts that fried your brains to the point of no return. Great place, amazing experience

Tried stopping by because of all the negative reviews but the store was closed 30 minutes before the posted close time. Would have rated 1 star but this was an on brand experience

I honestly haven't been to the store but giving a 1 star just cause of reviews I've read and the owners arrogant responses. Wow never seen anything so brutal. She don't give a dam she's above everyone.. learn some humility and customer service. Your responses are terrible non apologetic and just plain miserable. Brutal! I need vape juice but dam might aswell wait till I go to salmon arm.. don't need to be belittled trying to support a store who clearly doesent want the customers.

These reviews are hilarious, and the owner's even more so! Was thinking of stopping by to spice up a vacation, but reading the reviews have been entertaining enough. Lady, you are straight out of a comic strip bahaha!

The store clerk was rude for no reason at all. I tried to point to the product I wanted while saying "I would like... (product name)" and the clerk interrupted me to say "Don't point, speak". After I spoke the product name without pointing at it, the clerk couldn't find it and I had to point it out anyways. It is ironic that this business doesn't allow children but seems to treat their customers like they are toddlers.

My friend and I went into the store shopping for a bachelorette party. The two sales assistants were very friendly and helpful with their suggestions and let us know there was a sale on for bachelorette items. However, I had a bizarre encounter with the owner of the store, a lady with shorter white hair. While looking at a display I turned only for her to physically grab and pull on my coffee cup (takeaway with lid) telling me she would put it on the counter for me. There was no displayed sign saying no food or beverage in the store and as this was a display of plastic novelty party items, not something that was grave danger of coffee spillage. I was not staggering around or in any danger of falling over while standing and looking at items. I held onto the cup in shock as she tried to pull it out of my hand like I was not a 30 plus year old woman but instead a naughty toddler. She told me it was so that I didn't trip and spill. I would have happily put it down if asked but for someone to grab for something in my hand and pull was so uncalled for. I honestly felt so uncomfortable and shocked with this experience I would not go back. In the future please don't grab things from people's hands without using your words first.

Had a great experience today. Had a wide variety of products. The lady behind the counter was fully capable of answering all my questions. Contrary to other reviews, I found her to be rather polite. My only advice when entering is to read the sign and follow her hand sanitizing protocol. If you show respect, you get respect in return. I will return if I do find myself in the area at a later date.
