Kenzie really listens, which I appreciate. So she caters her treatments to fit my needs. When I want a firm, focused, deep athletic massage on a specific spot, she works it good. It's rare to find such a multi-skilled massage therapist. I am so grateful for Kenzie and her ninja healing abilities. It's hard to find a massage therapist who can do both the deep tissue rehab work to get me back functioning in the mountain sports I love to do again and also has the relaxation and deeper healing skills with her Cranial Sacral work. I go to her both when my body or my mind are stressed/ knotted up. The Cranial Sacral work she does is very regulating and took away a headache I had had for two weeks straight in one session!
She has an exceptional level of training, experience and passion for what she does and it really shows. Especially during these uncertain times, the work she is doing and able to do is so important and I'm grateful to be able to access it.

MLD was a fantastic treatment technique pre and post orthopaedic shoulder surgery. Kenzie provided me with education and a comprehensive treatment plan so I felt prepared and supported going into my surgery. I experienced no swelling or bruising post-op, and MLD after surgery was a very gentle way to relieve pain and support healing. I highly recommend this treatment from Kenzie before and after surgery!
