Dr. Philomena Gale is by far the most amazing dentist and I’ve ever been to. She’s extremely experienced and I have never have to go back for work she has performed. She has never made me uncomfortable or caused me any pain working on my teeth. Absolutely exceptional as well as all the hygienists at Mackenzie Dental. The receptionist/ practice manager Heather Legebokow is so polite and accommodating too always making sure to do whatever she can to get me in at the earliest convenience. The other receptionist Sara is also A+. What an amazing team of professionals. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you so much. I will always come back. - Dakota Dyck

The graphic designer just highlighted Mackenzie Dental Centre, they clicked the drop down menu and then he randomly selected Papyrus. Like a thoughtless child just wandering by a garden yanking leaves along the way.
They just got away with it. This person, this professional graphic designer. Was it laziness? Was it cruelty?

Dr. Rose did an extraction on one of my molars and is the most professional dentist I have ever been too. She is gentle, caring and truly concerned about your welfare. She's an excellent dentist and I highly recommend her. Her assistant was also very professional and pleasant as was the girl at the front desk.

A great dental office. Extremely friendly staff from the minute you walk in the door. Dr Gale and her team are patient and explain every procedure and make sure you are comfortable. Thanks for making the dentist 🦷 experience a good one!

Attended this Dental Clinic looking for a second opinion on an infection I was suffering from on an extraction I had done 2 1/2 weeks prior; I had pus draining from the area and was on 2 antibiotics that were not working. I saw Dr Grace Ettinger late Wednesday afternoon and she would not change the antibiotic even though I had been on them for 10 days. Told me to contact her on Monday if the infection didnt clear up. I tried contacting her on Saturday am; no response. I ended up going to Revelstoke Hospital Emergency; the emergency Doc couldn't understand why the dentist had not prescribed new antibiotics after seeing the pus in the extraction site, swollen face & the amount of pain I was in. He prescribed new antibiotics. Dr Ettinger finally returned my call later Saturday evening & admitted she spoke to the previous dentist and said that she had agreed with his treatment & antibiotic regime even though it wasn't working & said I must have a suppressed immune system. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I went to this Dental Clinic looking for help & a second opinion and this dentist decided to side with her colleague instead of taking CARE of her patient. SHAME ON YOU!!! I am on the mend no pain & no swelling and I've only been on the new antibiotics for 48hrs! I suffered for 3 weeks and I came to you for help and you made the choice not to ... and I paid for that! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Giving this Dental Clinic 1 star is too many!

Absolutely the best..Rose is on top of her game ...she is also very good at what it takes to be a professional player in dentistry...i recommend anyone who needs dental attention to go to this clinic !!! You will be happy and in very good hands 🦷
