Super welcoming and knowledgeable staff that works here, was awesome to hear abit of history on the building as well great diversity of products and must have for traveling or living in the mountains. Thankful to have found this awesome spot.

Rough Country is amazing. Kaid and the team are honest, kind and knowledgeable. We are relatively new to town and Kaid made us feel taken care of from the purchase through delivery. We had a minor glitch and Kaid handled everything beyond what I would have expected all the way to a drop off at the house and nice little conversation.

If you’re in need of anything for the back country, this is definitely a GREAT place to stop. The staff is always beyond friendly, and super knowledgeable, and they have a wide variety of gear in different brands and sizes. It’s rare to find places that still have the small town feel with exceptional customer service-this is definitely one! Be sure to check them out!

Awesome store, so many goods I didn’t know I wanted until I saw them! Very informative owners as well, got my saw tuned up quickly and picked up a few goodies for the season!

Bought a new pair of klim adventures snow bike boots rode for a season and had a small amount of damage and got them fully replaced with brand new ones from the next season on warranty excellent customer service and definitely a place to get the goods for your backcountry needs aswell as outdoor and indoor heating plus chainsaw shop , this place rocks !

We lost out propeller in the lake Saturday, called rough country just before closing time, they said they would wait for us to show up. I really appreciate that they didn't make a quick sale and send us out the door, but took the time to make sure we got what we needed and that it fit our boat properly. They did their best to get us back on the lake. Excellent customer service, excellent product knowledge. Thank you!
