If I could give no stars I would. Head of reception was incredibly prodigious, and discriminative. Making false accusations because I work in Alberta in the oil field and live in Vanderhoof. My drivers license is here, my care card is here, my mail is here… I even went in to the clinic personally and gave them my drivers licence, care card and mail which all have the same address.

This woman attacked me refusing to let me speak to her manager when I had stated that this is absurd as I have been a patient at this clinic for 31 years!

Her answer was “she doesn’t have time to speak to someone like you”
I was not rude to this woman either as I was genuinely confused as to why I was being treated this way over a misunderstanding?!?
I feel extremely attacked, slandered, and threatened. I won’t be going back as I absolutely do not feel safe going there now.

Terrible attention, the girls at the phone believes they are the doctors and they can recommend you what to do. If you complain, you are the aggressive person and you are rude. The woman in charge makes comments out of place and you can’t said nothing about it, if you try to talk to the manager, she victimized her employees saying they are “under pressure” so what? Find another job if you can’t handle this one!!

Horrible experience here. I have been having horrible back pain for 6 weeks or more and each time I go I am sent home and treated like it's a pulled muscle or not taken seriously. I can barely walk or even sit down to go to the bathroom because of the pain and spasms. Finally I went to PG and right away the dr ordered tests and was concerned and the X-ray pointed towards a bulge or herniated disc most likely, made the mistake of going here again for my results as it hurt to much to sit and drive to PG..and again I had to really push for an MRI and he wasn't even going to send me home with a muscle relaxant or anything and gave no advice, said chiro and physio won't fix it and surgery not recommended, and didn't even seem to care about my symptoms as he just cut me off and talked over me and tried rushing me out...so pretty much go home and deal with the pain on your own and I'm not oferring help or relief. And now I just read that a loss of bowel function is really serious and needs prompt medical attention. I'm so bloated because I haven't had a bowel movement in days. USELESS doctors in this town, same experience in ER when I went in because the BC nurses line advised me to go in, and I wasn't taken seriously (was before my X-ray ). Don't waste your time, go to PG walk in, I've had many ppl say the same thing. My friend could have died and the drs didn't take his pain serious and sent him home, went to PG and needed ER surgery!
Staff: When patients come in in a lot of pain, its not protocol to go on your gut to determine if it's valid or not....order tests!! If they come in and say they are extremely sick, order a culture.
Listen to the patients...work on bedside manor!
I shouldn't have to drive to PG to get treated.
I've had great experience with the walk in at superstore and that's where I will go from now on.

Some Good doctors rude staff that give you wrong and misleading information while our pregnant with aggressive attitude changing doctors to prince George just because of the staff not my doctor. will never go back. Not to mention very racist staff from other country's.

Vanderhoof has absolutely the best medical team of anywhere I've lived in the world. The doctors and staff at the clinic and the hospital are friendly, courteous and efficient.

The doctors are alright with some better than others and one or two that are fantastic, the staff however are terrible especially to their own colleagues.
