The worst service I ever got. Receiving the product was easy. Once my mom passed away there was absolutely no empathy. What they don’t tell when you return the pump everything has to be in its original package pump in box with instructions ect. I wouldn’t know all the items as the turns took care of if.
The person who then picks up the item was very rude yelling at my dog who where crated.
Now the person who answers the phone for Lancaster was so rude. He never gave me his condolences when my mom passed away. She barely use the pomp as she dies within 3 weeks of ordering it and in between that she was hospitalized. I also returned her milk who he says was open I don’t see how that could be. The bags were return 1 month later un puncture. This is the worse service I got. Take a picture of everything. These people are crooks
