I’m glad I called ahead. There are pictures posted by the owner that could be misleading. A scooter model that I’m interested is shown in the showroom. Upon calling and inquiring about a model shown in the photo, Don became very defensive and informed me that the model that I was interested in, has never been in the showroom and will never be in the showroom. She said that these were very expensive models that they couldn’t keep in the showroom. She kept on saying that she had been there for six years and had never seen these models in the showroom. She told me that she could order them in, and then quoted a price more expensive than what is available online. That doesn’t seem very accessible to me. Also, doesn’t seem to understand that tall people don’t fit in regular scooters. Again, not strong on accessibility.

Very nice and professional staffs? They picked up my father’s power scooter from Richmond and sent it to Coquitlam for check up and fix the problem and then delivered back to Richmond.
They charged only $179 for the service!
Strongly recommend buy power scooter or wheelchair from them because they provide very convenient reliable customer service.

My mother bought a scooter from here. There was some issues around the key and the electrical wire to the key. . There was no issue to the battery. The scooter was returned with a new battery which was not needed. And it still doesn't work. I think at the cost of $500 it should be working. It seemed to me that they took advantage of an 88-year-old woman with mobility problems.

I live in Maple Ridge and got a flat tire on my shop rider scooter. I called a local medical supply company and told them my problem. The words were not even out of my mouth and the person I was talking to basically in a loud voice informed me that it would be a minimum charge of $135 plus parts to even look at my scooter. I hung up and called scooter city. The nice person there said come on in and they would fix it. I went in and they lifted my scooter out of my SUV and they fixed it in about a half hour for a total of $73. I will recommend them to anyone in the tri city or maple ridge area.

Their prices maybe low however in my experience and opinion, they lack cutomer service, from the get go. Man that came out wasn't a salesperson, came late, brought out 3 different chairs and wasn't the ones we requested. Didn't get a proper receipt, had to call several times requesting one for insurance. Every intereaction felt Very rushed Now..Less then a year old and was never used.. batteries or charger issues and they won't cover battery or charger. Even though it states in the warranty card. They want 150.. to pick up and look at and told us won't be covered. Very disappointed in this product, and how Scooter city has dealt with this issue. Buy from a local cmpy in your home town, they will be more receptive to assist and make things "right"...
But hey they got their Sale.

After a M.V.A. it was necessary for me to purchase a mobility scooter to get around. A friend directed me to Scooter City. Sage advice. Sales, service and satisfaction second to none. I have been riding comfort and incident free for 2 years now. Bravo!

I purchased a Shop rider about 5 years ago from SC when Pamela owned the business. Have had period service since then & was very happy with the service. I understand that there are now new owners & most of the old staff are gone. Has anyone had dealings with the new folks? I am getting less than stellar reports. Any other suggestions for service work would be appreciated.
