Our elderly parents were sent to Kamloops from their home in NE BC for medical and the back-up walker my sister had in her apartment for visits ended up with broken bolts. We brought it by and within minutes they fixed it on site! Excellent care, knowledge with lots of stock in store and supplies for anything you need or want to rent. Highly reccommend! Shopping local is important to me. I was looking for a good walker so I Googled it.
Mountain Medical had the only upright model in town and prices were reasonable.
Armed with a quote over the phone and with a location just 50 meters from a bus stop I was there the next day.
Their friendly and helpful staff knocked an additional $50 off their quote and I was soon heading home with whole new level of mobility.

We have been customers of Mountain Medical for some years. We have purchased handicapped grab bars , shower transfer seats, walkers, and other supplies. Last summer we purchased a Stair Glide because we are both unable to climb stairs. This has been a godsend for us. The lift has had no issues , and we both use it all the time. Mountain Medical did an excellent job from the initial consultation to the installation and setup. We could not have had better service. Thanks for making life easier for out family.

After recently receiving major life altering , and soon , ending news of my cancer diagnosis. I decided to check out an electric wheelchair to drastically improve my ability to maintain some independace and the best quality of life I can. I Stopped in on Monday morning around 10:30 and had a fantastic time finding and test driving different chairs until I settled on the perfect match for myself and care situation as i am now on palative care. The process took about half hour and i felt very confident about the safety and operation of this small delightful wheelchair

After a short chat on rental costs and about 15 minutes to complete a rental agreement . With a pen and paper?I was done. It was SO EASY I was like okay and that was that !!! Returned to my care facility and had lunch and then next thing i know my rental chair was delivered. Spent 15 minutes with a very knowledgeable , happy , and informative technician. The whole process took 2 hours with no long switchboard grief. Just 1 call. Never even looked at a computer ? which made for a very stress and grief free transaction that was actually fun. I totally recommend Mountain Medical for all of the medical supplies you require. Very helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and great product selections. Thank you guys for everything. I Have some semblance of a normal life again?☺️?☺️?☺️

Buying my first scooter was made far less intimidating than I imagined, all because of the fine help I received from Karen. How easy she made the process of purchasing it; it is a little nerve wracking to go through and find just the right one.
It was not my first good experience at Mountain Medical. Four years prior, I purchased a walker with the same wonderful service.
It is a nice, thing to see.
