Fantastic service here yesterday. I would give six stars if I could. I was struggling to fill a prescription for my regular medication, which is often in shortage. Within an hour it was ready for pickup after a seamless transfer from my usual pharmacy. Attentive questions at both drop off and pick up - what insurance I had if any, if I needed instruction or help taking the medication, an offer to help re-up the prescription if needed - none of which I did need, but I supremely appreciated the offer as those can be difficult things for a patient to bring up. I will definitely be making them my go-to pharmacy from now on.

Exceptional service. The pharmacy owner Arrian was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place was very clean and well organized. There were lots of places to sit and wait as they share space with a walk in clinic.

Service was quick. Prices were decent. My husband and I had lung infections and we were given very thorough detailed information on our antibiotics and inhalers. They were interactions with our medications that were caught so he explained how to reduce our current meds to avoid any issues.

I'm very happy with our visit. This level of service is rare to find these days. Highly recommend.

I was decently nervous about going to a pharmacy to get prescription medication (a first for me), but they made the experience smooth and easy. Service was fast (in and out in about 15 min as a walk-in off the street), and they took the time to make sure I fully understood everything there was to know about my prescription. They also answered any questions I had in a really empathetic way. Great experience, highly recommend over a chain pharmacy.

I want to thank the pharmacist Dr. Arrian Janfada. I came to the pharmacy for my cystic acne and scars over my face. He listened carefully to all my concerns and prescribed a topical medicine containing Adapalene and Benzoyl Peroxide, which has been a game changer for me. He thoroughly explained how to use the medication and all the precautions I need to take while using it. Dr. Arrian was incredibly caring, supportive and super-friendly throughout the process. He even assisted me with my insurance making entire experience seamless. Thanks to his guidance, I am already seeing great result.
I have also had excellent experience with other staffs at the pharmacy and the receptionist at the clinic. Keep up the good work!

I had had a foot injury for the past 3 days and my family doctor was away on vacation - wouldn't be able to see her until the following week. I'm from Abbotsford and there are no walk-ins here; our urgent and primary care clinic is terrible. Instead, I went to Mission urgent and primary care where I was told they wouldn't accept me and instead redirected me here. Excellent service - I was able to quickly sign up to give them my info, which they were then able to get me booked in to get checked. Amazing secretary's and knowledgeable doctor - they were willing to answer my questions and made me feel secure that I would be checked that day. Would highly recommend - you are lucky to have this clinic as your family doctor!
